Superb service provided to me and my friends. I read some bad reviews after booking and got a bit nervous so I called them up. I was reassured that they book thousands of hired every month so it makes sense to have a few upset people (I hope I wouldn't b one of the upset ones). After all everything went really well. Metro Limousine bookings process was so easy, the staff in the office are knowledgeable and helpful. I booked a pink limousine for my daughter 9th birthday. The limo was beautiful, had soft drinks and balloons inside. Driver was on time he was great considering the limousine was full of 9-year-old excited children. They were the cheapest I could find. We were was 16 of us, it was fabulous. We hired the stretched limo, the driver was very professional, what a fantastic experience. We used Metro Limousine Service for Transportation to NYC to see the Christmas Tree.. I MUST say they where Fantastic! Our driver showed up on time and with Hot Chocolate for my kids. The Limo was a Chrysler 300 Stretch Black and was absolutely beautiful inside and out, They had a bag of mini marshmallows and A Christmas Story was playing on the TV Screens. Wow! It took one unfortunate mishap for 4 people from the same party to write a poor review to a great company.

Despite their ratings, I like to give people a try. .......I had an amazing experience with Metro Limousine Service!

My Sister and Brother-n-Law came into NY from TX for Christmas and I got all of her NY friends together to surprise her in a Party Bus. It was amazing!! The bus was clean, all lit up, blasting with music, and stocked with beverages! Charlie the driver was great! Since My Brother-n-Law is a Texan, he showed us all the hot spots as we were all partying on the bus.

I guess things happen that are out of control and I'm sure the owners were upset that one of their vehicles went down, but I would highly recommend them to anyone! More...

Excellent limo company! I worked with Julie, and because our date had to be reschedule due to an emergency surgery, she was able to accommodate a different date without charge. The day of, we had an amazing driver, who was so sweet and kept in touch with me at each stop as to where he had to park the bus. At the end of the day after he dropped us off, i had left my phone on the bus and the driver brought it back to me that night! A group of 18 of us went on a wine tour Sunday afternoon. The age ranged from 23-55 year olds, and to tell you the truth we were all extremely satisfied from beginning to end. The scheduled pick up time was for 10am and our driver was outside our door at 9:30am. The ice bins were stocked with a few waters and ice. We had coolers with us too. We departed to our first vineyard. Charlie was our driver and since I was the one who made the reservation, me and him were in full contact that day. He was friendly and very accommodating. Whenever we wanted to leave he was right there waiting.  Julie was my main contact in the office. Very friendly and personable! Since I'm a little paranoid I would call her to just make sure we were still secure with our reservation, which worked out great. My only complaint was that the AUX cord did not work (3 girls brought one so it was the radio not our cords) so we had the radio the entire time (which worked fine). I used metro for a bachelorette party this past weekend and it went extremely well. Julie the manager was very knowledgeable about all the vineyards and really helped plan the best order and the correct amount to tip to get the best pours. Our driver Gene was also great, on time picking us up in the city and took care of buying all of our wine tickets/got us lunch.I think some of the reviews on this page are likely isolated incidents - I saw a lot of other people with the same lunches as the ones we received from metro and they also looked very happy and satisfied. I book this company for my Boyfriend's birthday and I couldn't be more pleased with them. The manager julee glee was an absolute pleasure to work with, she was patient with me answering my many questions and phone calls. The bus was great, it was clean it had a bathroom and plenty of space to accommodate my guest.   the driver dee was awesome as well. over  all the event was a success and I'm in the process of booking them again for another event and looking forward to doing business with them again. I am responding to the so call lady's from port Washington . 'I was the driver of that bus and lady's they were far from. From the time I picked them up, they thought  that I was there husband . They were abusive from the moment they got on. They rented a bus and they thought they owned it.They.were not happy with any thing and I explained if you are not happy with the bus "don't " take it but they insisted that they go.When we got to the first winery they complained,when they got to the second winery they complained.At the third one they drunk and start to cruse and abuse me I admit I said some things that I apologize for and am not proud of but they would'nt stop. What I am trying to say. Is there is always two sides to a story. My daughter and her friends were invited to a sweet 16 in Queens.  It didn't end until 1:30 am and none of the parents living here on long island wanted to drive there to pick them up.  So, we all chipped in and rented a limo.  I've always heard good things about Metro Limo, so we decided to try them.  Everything was great !  Julie Gee handled everything for us.  She coordinated all the stops in a timely manner so that they would arrive at the party on time.  There were several stops the driver had to make and it was not an issue.  The driver introduced himself to the parents and we felt comfortable leaving our kids in his care.  There were no complaints from any of the kids or parents. My wife and I took the North Fork Wineries Tour with Metro Limousine Service in mid-April 2008. Bob Weiss, or "Uncle Bob", our driver, was prompt (even early), professional, and the absolute nicest guy. He was extremely knowledgeable in the local wineries. Drove us around for 61/2 hrs.
