What’s your signature dish?
York river, VA oysters are the fan favorites!
Coming out of the Chesapeake bay. These oysters are always a consist plump size. Flavor is slightly less briny flavor due to the york river flowing cold fresh water into the bay.
We offer a deal on these 500 oysters for $500.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We use a 6 foot display table that allows multiple guest to access the table at once.
All of our oysters are shucked freshly throughout the event.
The choice of oysters will be up to the client with our recommendations of what is in season and size appropriate.
What do you love most about your job?
Watching someone who has never tried an oyster before eat one and love it!
Too many times I've seen someone turn up their nose at these "nasty boogers" then cant stop eating them once they give it a shot!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Locally there is no Oyster specific catering or vending company. I feel there are a lot of oyster fans out there who just dont know where to find them. People who would love to have oysters at their next event but cant do the work. That's what we are here for!
