She has a canny ability to zero in on trouble spots and uses fabulous communication to ensure her pressure and style is providing you the best therapeutic experience in the moment. She also knows her stuff and will talk with you about when getting certain treatments either are or aren’t a good idea. Her hands are strong and capable as is her personality, which is comforting when you have her working on an injury that you might be scared to let anyone touch due to the pain. Jen has helped me with my lymphdema due to breast cancer surgery, she gets the swelling down in my arms, shoulders & back. I would use her for many medical reasons as well as relaxation message. I also have a sciatic problem now & then but she took care of that & I've had no issues for several months now. Jen will also travel to me if I find myself down for the count & unable to get to her. I have had many massage services over the past few years, some for medical reasons and some purely for relaxation. Each and every massage I receive from Jen, however, is above and beyond any I have had from other therapists. She goes all out to ensure I am taken care of, and has set up a treatment plan for me that is designed to really get to the root cause(s) of my issues.
