I have used Memphis Maids for about two years. Â Like any other business some who come to clean are better than others for different reasons. Â I now have a young woman who does a good job to my satisfaction. Â Hopefully, all will keep going well. Â I'm fairly fussy and I like what isn't seen cleaned in addition....some called it detailed, and my present worker comes fairly close and is careful. Â The owner Mr. Steve Evans, has well accommodated me listens to my concerns, and has worked with me trying to suit my needs. Â He is pleasant and professional which is a huge help, especially, in cases when I wasn't quite satisfied. Â I intend to stay with Memphis Maids as long as my cleaning needs are met. Â Give them a try. Â My 4 rating is only because I have had a few cleaners who were not dependable nor as detailed. Â To date this has improved. Â A new maid has been reassigned to me. I called Memphis Maids in a panic! My daughter was getting married and her house had recently had months of construction done. It was a total disaster! I called Memphis Maids and asked for someone to please come help me . This was 10 days before Christmas and I totally expected them to say, "No Way, this close to Christmas." Not only were they able to send one person, but they were able to find a second person at the last minute. Both those cleaners hit the door and didn't stop for 4 hours. I am so grateful to them for helping not only to make the house more presentable, but it really took a big load off the mind of the Mother of the Bride.
