We are a Personal Training Studio in Greenlake. We focus on a holistic functional approach to training. We look not only at your exercise, but we take into account your nutrition, sleep, stress and water in take give the most personalized approach to your fitness based on results.

Choosing Jason as my personal trainer at MCW Health and Fitness was one of the best decisions I had made. I lost 23 pounds in just 4 months. Jason worked with me each week to achieve the goals that I had set. He provided advice on my diet and workout routines that I could work on at home. Jason is an awesome personal trainer! He strikes a great balance between challenging me and making workouts fun! I never thought I'd be able to do pull- ups after just a few months of training! I'm a Seattle-based rower and I've been training with Jason since August of 2016, and have attended mostly personal training sessions. Jason kept our sessions up beat and the time flew by! I especially enjoyed any time we got to train outside. More recently, I consulted with Jason when I needed help making weight for USRowing trials. He met with me and discussed a nutrition plan, along with macronutrients goals, and kept in touch to help me stick to the plan! Weighing-in for races was much less stressful with his guidance. By looking at all aspects of fitness. I keep my clients accountable to what they eat, how they move and what they do when they are not training with their trainer.

Consistency over time. Consistently doing the little things everyday will have the biggest effect on your how you look and feel.

Helping my clients succeed. Seeing them hit their goal weight, do a pull up for the first time. Any time a goal is hit, I am just as if not more excited then my client.

I wanted to be able to help more people. I was working at a fancy health club and if I meet someone and they weren’t a member then I couldn’t train them. Now I can help anyone!

I pay attention to the details. If something is not working then we keep the parts that do work and get rid of the rest. This is how I practice outcome based coaching the give my clients the best possible results.
