MCC Quality Cleaning

We have been using MCC to clean our offices for over 3 years. Our offices encompass over 20,000 sq ft of private offices, cubicles, 9 bathrooms and our shop mechanics changing area. We are a 50+ year old Transportation company with Mechanics, Truck-drivers and office staff. We are in the service business ourselves and we know what is required and expected to keep customers satisfied. So does the Team at MCC!!! The MCC Team has been servicing us on a regular schedule of times per week for over three years. As an Essential employer during the Covid-19 pandemic we found it necessary to request that the MCC Team come everyday to ensure the safety and health of our valued employees. With one simple phone call without hesitation or discussing pricing, Dustin from MCC said no problem. Not only have they increased their frequency service along with taking care of their other customers but they have initiated serious deep cleaning that have went above and beyond my expectations of normal scheduled cleaning. They have been using strong disinfectants when cleaning each night and have kept all of our employees safe and healthy. Our employees all breathed a sign of relief to know that MCC was disinfecting and cleaning daily. I never ask Dustin how much extra he would charge for adding the additional days of service and the disinfectant cleaning but after two weeks of service at a very high level he said he was only going to charge us our normal daily charge. Wow...I was expecting to get charged for these special services but as a good partner they came through and treated us as a valued customer.
