Well I'll not blame people who don't believe so much on reviews online😥 because there are so many useless brokers online who stole my hard earned money of $18,568 and made me broke, if not for the help of Mrs. Kayla Williams FX who helped me with the last money because at this time I was skeptical about the whole thing... Mazuma is unable to provide the services promised. I started with them back in May 2022. Several months with them and they moved from using Zipbooks as their accounting software to running the books on their own software. Thereafter the software continued to be buggy and unreliable. And they really didn't spend time to admin and explain why they were having so many problems with their software.

I am now without books for 2022 as their platform will not connect to my accounts. I have now spent well over a month going back and forth with support until last week they simply stopped communicating with me altogether.

I am now out $1800 and no books for 2022.

I don't recommend even considering their services to a small business owner. You may end up like I did with no books and loss.

Pay a little more and go elsewhere with a company that has a reliable platform such as Xero or Quickbooks and reputation for offering timely support in solving customer concerns and a technology that actually works.

The concept is pretty cool of having one company take care of your books and your taxes. But Mazuma's execution of what they promises is terrible.

Mazuma please reach out to me if you read this to provide a solution to the challenges with your platform and provide me with accurate books for 2022. As of February 8th you simply stopped replying to my emails.

Gotta go and find a bookkeeper that can now do catch up bookkeeping. More...

Have used various accountants since 2001 - Have been pleased with Mazuma service and pricing model. It's very fair for a small business and they handle bookkeeping which is a nightmare for a small business in my opinion. Have used Mazuma since 2015. They are good at communicating and their user interface in the back end is very easy to use. I wish that I had the same accountant for more than a couple months (been there for about 2 years and have had 3 different accountants). I also wish there was more information or proactivity about saving on taxes. (Was told not to worry about quarterly taxes but then was hit with a huge bill end of year.) I've been getting my business books done by Mazuma for over five years. They have gotten steadily better during this time, including a new user-friendly interface. I've shopped around and found them the best value, and I have been pleased with the customer service I get when I need something corrected. I have a small business and I don't have the time to mess with the accounting part of the business. The services offered by Mazuma is second to none. I have the services of a bookkeeper and accountant at much less than what I had been previously paying. Additionally, it is done online.
