Always delicious, fresh food, artfully prepared. This is my "go to" restaurant in Frederick. Today I had the Arroz Chaufa De Pollo. The rice was fresh and full of flavor, topped with a fried egg and wonderful spicy sauce. The portions are very large; have half leftover for tomorrow! I've been there dozens of times and never had a bad meal. Friends from Rockville and DC come up to Frederick just to go to Mayta's. Must try...you won't be disappointed! More...
