Stephen and his team are extremely courteous and respectful. There was hardly ever a delay in responding to our questions. They worked efficiently too, and accommodated all of what we wanted. I'm giving four stars only because we weren't given a breakdown of all the fees that would be due in order to apply for permit. For example, we thought we only needed to make pymts to the county building department, but we also had upfront costs to things like the school district, fire code, sewer, and needing to obtain a soils report. How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Most all Garages are suitable for a conversion. We offer a free site consultation, where others charge up to $300 for this service. We will tell you what you can do & also give our ideas to make work within the space given. Plus garage conversions are a great way to produce extra cash flow!
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
To start we need to visit the site, then we go over the cost to get started & once we have that in place we get started on measuring the site. Then we produce the floor plan layout & once that is exactly how you want it then we start on the rest of the package & get everything ready for submittal to the city or county. Then once the process is done, we pull the building permit & get started on construction!
What do you love most about your job?
We love making our customers happy with our quality of service & performance. They often send us referrals after we complete their project. We often have customers coming back for multiple projects.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being a second generation design build professional I have always been inspired by the industry & the benefits of owning my own business. I always liked having the freedom to grow & help others to grow as well. This is a team building business & I wouldn't have it any other way.

We are a second generation design build company, I personally have over 20 years in this profession & have a gained a lot of experience with different municipalities throughout that time.
