Matchstick Social

I have been working with Rachel, Nicole and Matchstick Social for over 6 months. I waited to write this review until I had experienced the months that are typically slow and the ones that are very busy so I could have a full understanding of the effect they have had on my business. I have a successful and established business that has been around for 19 years, I hired Matchstick social to handle my instagram, facebook and blog because this type of marketing seems to be what gets attention right now and I'm just not good at it. First of all, this team really digs deep and and works hard to understand your business and your goals. I always thought Social Media was posting pictures and coming up with something to say and that my main problem was consistency, but I was so wrong. There is so much more to it, stuff I will never understand, ways of doing things that are monitored, planned, calculated and studied. Since working with Matchstick Social my sales online and in-store have increased dramatically, my foot traffic in store doubled within the first month. Hiring Matchstick Social was a big investment for me as a small business but it was the best decision I ever made and so worth it. Rachel and her team have exceeded all my expectations- I feel like they are a key part of my business family and they understand my success is there success.
