This florist and family are amazing I went there on December 27th to buy my mom some flowers because she's in the hospital they were in the middle of remodeling so the shop was closed so as me and my family was leaving one of the ladies came out and said  what do you need I said I need a bouquet of flowers for my mom she's in the hospital she said come on back in even though it's a mess in here cuz we're remodeling I think I can find you something to give to your mom they took us back in sat us down and made us the most beautiful bouquet out of nothing because everything was torn apart because of the remodeling and the owner is so sweet he kept us company the whole time the bouquet was being made and told us that he was sorry for the inconvenience and it took all of ten minutes to make the most beautiful bouquet from my mom that I ever saw I was so excited to give them to her I forgot to take a photo of the bouquet but it was gorgeous even though they we're Remodeling and there store look like it had had an explosion they were still willing to help us with what we needed I really really appreciate this business and I will be returning and then after we got in the car the owner brought me and my daughter a carnation and told us thank you for coming into the shop these are amazing people if anyone needs anything as far as wedding funerals birthdays anniversaries please go to this company because they really do care about the customer and they're so gracious and so beautiful I will always go to them for my flower needs love you guys and will be a return customer you are amazing

Initially I chose Massey because of their reasonable delivery charges. I'll admit, I was a bit apprehensive because of how reasonable they were. I do not have enough good things to say about Carla and Massey's House of Flowers.  I was very overwhelmed by the price of flowers for a wedding.  Massey's was SIGNIFICANTLY more affordable than everywhere else I looked (including do it all on my own).  I had a very specific vision at Carla made it come to life.  From my bouquet, to our ceremony flowers, to the reception everything was more beautiful than I imagined.  The boys especially loved their specially made beer hop corsages.  Carla kept me updated by email throughout the process and went above and beyond to make my flower dreams come true. Thank you for the awesome roses for my wife's birthday !! Carla you put together a great vase of long stems and the big red bow was the final touch! WOW! All I can say is Massey's House of Flowers took care of me. I told them my budget and got more than I could have hoped for. I also let the florist use some of their own creativity with my arrangements and they came out SO beautiful. I don't have any good pics of the centerpieces or corsages, but who cares about those anyways. My bouquet was gorgeous and the bridal party bouquets were as well. The flowers were all delivered on time and in perfect condition. My favorite flowers are daffodils and they were even able to work some of those into the centerpieces because of the season. There were no complications with my order - easy peasy! I'm such a happy customer and am so glad I decided not to try the DIY route. Really appreciate the staff & service here, such as answering their phone calls! Flower shops tend to miss calls when they're busy or have events. I called a few days before my mother's birthday, and they were willing to whip something for her in her favorite colors. When I walked in to pick up the order, the lady was very polite & kind. I may come back for smaller orders next time! For the bouquet, although pleasant & beautiful, the price was a bit high for the arrangement. It was close to $40 for a bouquet, and I had found similar arrangements at $25 in other floral shops. (Assuming the vase also comes at a cost, but ~$15 for one is pricy.)I may give this place another shot. Personally I really liked the trendy, "earthy" arrangements from shops near Redondo Beach. As a bride, we know how Busy and hectic things can get the last days before the wedding I LEGIT forgot to get my wedding bouquet  finally 2 weeks before my wedding I started calling every place possible to see who can make me a beautiful bouquet and also something that fit my tight budget. All places said it was too late and over priced me. FINALLY I came I across Massey's house of flowers I spoke to Carla who was sooooo helpful then I talked to Lupe who right away said she could build my  TWO bouquet for my wedding in so little time AND the prices where not bad at all. She understood I was in a budget and made things work around what I could offer. She was so accommodating emailing me. And even offer to take a phone payment instead of having this crazy busy bride come all the way to her. Anyway A DAY before the wedding something went wrong with the guys boutonnière! Found out I might not receive them in time for the wedding thanks to UPS .'I freaked ofcourse right away I acalled Massey's house of flowers asked if I could get those done and guess what. I normally don't write reviews, but I was completely blown away by the arrangement I had ordered. I ordered online from their website, so I was a bit worried about how they would look since I was having the flowers delivered to someone. They even offer to send you a photo of the flowers before it goes out. When I finally saw what the flowers looked like, I knew this florist was a keeper. The arrangement is absolutely amazing. These people are great!!! Ordered online for a delivery today and 2-3 hours later they were delivered!! The driver also hand delivered the flowers as opposed to another floral company that I used before who simply dropped off the flowers to a hospitals mail room, which in turn took an entire day to get to its recipient. I live in Antelope California, Sacramento market and was in need of quality service.My first cousin was celebrating her seventy fifth birthday....and I needed an elegant gorgeous flower arrangement delivered. Believe me, it can be rather challenging at times to get quality service online. I've been disappointed in the past until I discovered Yelp. I must admit, I'm partial to Yelp because my son works for them...and they are on point!!! Not only did Massey's House of Flowers Carla delivered gorgeous flowers to my cousin in Southern California....the arrangement was above & beyond expectations!!!! She was always very professional and always wanted to know what you wanted so that she could make your flowers to fit your theme/style. Lupe was also very professional and the flowers came out just absolutely beautiful! There was not one flower I would have changed! A-MAZ-ING!!  Words cannot describe how beautiful my wedding flowers were.  Literally everyone's jaw dropped when they saw the centerpieces.  Lupe, owner and lead florist at Massey's, had two in person meetings with me to make sure I got just what I wanted.  She was VERY upfront about cost and made sure I stayed in my budget.  She gave me suggestions to get the look I wanted in a price I could afford.  My bridal bouquet was perfection as well.  The day before my wedding, I dropped off my cake at the reception venue and when we opened the box, the top layer had melted off!  Eek!  But the venue said no one would ever know that had happened.  Sure enough, on the wedding day, the cake looked prefect and was covered in matching flowers to my centerpieces.  We stopped by to thank Lupe a couple days later and she had overhauled the cake to make sure it was everything I dreamed it could be.  She saved it!  It's been 5 days since my wedding and my centerpieces are still looking lovely.  I have two at work and they are STILL stopping people in their tracks.  When I look back at my wedding, the first thing I think of is the perfection that Lupe pulled off.  Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment with Lupe at Massey's House of Flowers.  She may seem a bit scattered at times but I can't imagine my wedding without her work.  I am forever grateful to her.  There is a reason she only has 5 star reviews!!! Lupe was amazing!  She did the flowers for my wedding, and I have no complaints!  The wedding was over a week ago, and I still have some of the arrangements.  My family and I are not  big flower people, so it was not an aspect of the wedding we wanted to go overboard on.  We sat down with Lupe and she was so honest and realistic with us.  We gave her a budget and she was very respectful of it.  She gave us advice on changes to make to stay within the budget.  For instance, we decided we wanted hydrangeas, and mentioned possibly having blue ones....and she recommended we stick with white if it wasn't super important to us, because blue ones are much more expensive.  She showed up on the wedding day, on time, with everything exactly how we pictured it, and set everything up exactly how we wanted it.  we would definitely use Massey's again for any future flower needs! Lupe is great.  I come here all the time to get flowers for my wife and my mom.  Recently my wife purchased flowers for my mom from another florist, that won't happen again.  The experience left a lot to be desired.  For the posted below who complained about this place being closed on Valentine's Day.  Normally when a florist sells out all their flowers on a holiday, they'll close, just saying.   Lupe, Thanks for all the great flowers, customer service, and prices.
