This place comes highly recommended! I've been to Massage Luxe a handful of times & every experience has been exceptional from the start & throughout. The front desk staff are very Pleasant, welcoming & accommodating - Erin, Kristine & Emily have been kind in my requests. The therapists are super sweet & skilled at their job. Massage was great, Sonia did a good job. And I like the atmosphere. But when I went to check out, one of the women at the front desk asked me if I wanted to sign up for their monthly massages for a discounted price and I said I would think about it. She kept repeating herself and asked about 5 more times, and I kept politely saying I would think about it. After the last time she just said okay and gave me attitude when I asked about the hydro massage because I did the groupon and it included it which I wouldn’t have got to do if I wouldn’t have brought it up because she got and attitude and never mentioned it.
