This is my place to unwind, relax and come back to center in a beautiful space. Sam has been my massage therapist for almost 10 years. I found him through a Groupon and kept coming back. I have only recently begun seeing Sam for relief from an old injury, but have already returned 3 times! I love that every time he asks me what is bothering me that day. (As work is done on old injuries, new tensions arise that you didn't realize yo had because the old injury masks it.) Not only does he ask, he listens; and tailors my massage to address my issues. I can't stop raving about my experience here. I bought the Groupon because I wanted help with some neck and shoulder pain. My experience was so good that I have already been back once. I have headaches almost daily and migraines at least once a month. I can't even think of a time in my adult life when I have gone more than a week without a headache. Sam customized the massage to deal with headaches, and I was pleasantly surprised to go for two months without a headache. After I started to have headaches again, I made another appointment. My appointment was only yesterday, but I haven't had a headache today and my neck is just so much less tense! I highly recommend Massage Harmony (especially if you suffer from frequent headaches)!
