The membership is really worth it.  Massage prices become reasonable as a member.   The membership price allows me to get more than one massage a month.  Roseanne is my favorite massage therapist.  She was not available so I went to Iris last week.  I was really impressed at how Iris worked on my IT bands.Additionally, the location is easy to reach and parking is not a problem.  I am so glad my husband and I are members! I enjoy the almost weekly massages I get from Roseanne.  She is a great massage therapist.  There is a lot of employee turnover so I am not able to give this place 5 stars, but I do recommend Roseanne and I think the membership is a good value.

I have never received a better massage in my life! I'm 9 months pregnant and really uncomfortable. Tried Heavenly Massage for a prenatal. ..what a disappointment. Thought I would try again at another place because again, super uncomfortable being 9 months pregnant. Then Eileen came into my life! I will NEVER go to anyone else again! I have been a member here for over a year and love it. It is worth every penny. I have a history of back problems including scoliosis and disc bulging. Wonderful staff... all very friendly, my favorite therapist is Roseanne, she can always make me feel better. I come in before a stressful day at work and leave feeling refreshed. It always smells good and is very clean. The management lacks consistency, however, that can be fixed easily with communication. I like this location much better than my home location of park ridge. I was so bummed when my favorite go-to therapist at another ME location moved out of state. I contemplated cancelling my membership altogether, but I decided to stick it out and seek a replacement. With that, I am pleased to share I had one of the best massages EVER with Antwoine and still in la la land. I've been a Massage Envy member for a couple years now with some solid experiences, but Antwoine was amazing: skillful, professional, friendly, and intuitive. David is also superb if you enjoy firm-to-deep massages. On another note, I've visited a few different ME locations, and Mt. Prospect is clean with a pleasant ambiance. I appreciate the retracting beds that can move up and down as needed throughout the session and mirrors near the door that come in handy on the way out. The facility is much bigger than it looks from the outside. The only thing that would be nice is to have a hot/water cooler out front for tea. Looking forward to my next visit! More...

Went to Mount Prospect a few months ago for massage. No talking, no pressure!! Just a great massage!  Dan is the man for deep tissue.  I love the fact that the owners are always near by.  Tom and Kathy are hands on owners and there to address any issues or concerns. I had the day off yesterday and decided to treat myself to a massage as I've been experiencing chronic lower back/hip pains on and off for a while.  I typically go to the Massage Envy in Wheeling, however I decided to go to this location because it was closer to home.  I called around 1pm to see if there were any available 90-minute massages open and was told I'd be able to come in at 3pm.  I arrived a few minutes before my appointment and waited a few more minutes before they took me in.  Marc was my massage therapist and right away asked what I needed/wanted to have worked on.  After explaining the areas where I wanted him to focus, he proceeded to show me which muscles were being affected and the reason for the pain. Once the massage started, Marc told me this wasn't going to be the typical massage I was probably used to.  Nervous at first, I trusted that he knew what he was doing and went with it.  He asked me questions about whether or not I had injured my back and what kind of work outs I've been doing to assess how he could help me further.  He also offered their DMT service (deep muscle therapy) and explained how it could also help with my back pains and I agreed.  When he started the massage, he found some trigger points that hurt like crazy, but it was exactly what i needed.  Throughout the rest of the massage, Marc gave me suggestions on exercises to do to strengthen my core which would, in time, relieve the pain.  By the end of the massage, the pain in my lower back was gone and I felt extremely relaxed,  It was by far, one of the best massages I've ever had.The only downfall for my massage yesterday was that it was definitely on the warmer side in the rooms (and with it already being warm outside, it felt ever hotter).  Luckily there was a small fan in the room that Marc was able to turn on to make the temperature more comfortable. This location is new in my area and it is beautiful!  I never have a problem getting in for a massage, they offer facials which I totally love.  They are open 7 days a week which makes it convenient for my busy life style.  You must try Demi or Sue!  Magical!  Just what the Dr. ordered!  I only do reviews on yelp when I have exceptional service or really bad service.  I don't like mediocrity.....Massage Envy in Randhurst is leaps and bounds above the competition! This location is new to my area and was very comfortable, clean and the staff was courteous. I loved the massage therapist and how relaxing my time was. However, I felt that they kept pushing me into becoming a member. I understand the benefits, but the hard-sell started with my therapist and moved to the front desk. I have been seeing Leo for approximately three years. I used to see him at the Schaumburg location. He is amazing! Extremely knowledgeable. I have bad rotator cuff's, wrist issues, carpal tunnel, i'm a mess. Every time I see him we go over my specific needs for the day. He gets the job done!
