We used Mary Rios Events through a referral and it was the best decision! She has different tiers of service. If you want to participate in zero percent of the planning, she will do everything, or if you are like me, I wanted to help out a lot, she let me take the reins on somethings. Mary and her team have great relationships with multiple vendors and Mary understood my exact taste and knew the exact vendors to work with. The entire Mary Rios team is extremely organized and they give great advice. We had an exact budget and they took that budget seriously. Mary helped to cut costs in places that were not necessary. Mary would even keep my mother in the loop on the budget! Mary has an automatic email calendar that sends out reminders of what payments are coming up and their amounts.
