Rachel and Rickquille are very sweet people and they did a good job cleaning. They came twice total. But what happened next is what is the problem.
They asked me to prepay for the third visit via a new website they had created where you prepay for the cleaning and then you schedule it. They didn’t show up. They apologized and asked me to reschedule, which required me to pay for a second cleaning, but they reassured me that they would reimburse me for the extra cleaning or at the very least do the next two cleanings without charging me. But then we rescheduled and they didn’t show up. Then rescheduled again and again didn’t show up. They didn’t answer my texts for a long time. Then they finally answered and apologized. They said they’re having trouble with a move to a new office. Then we rescheduled again for a fourth time and again they didn’t show up and then they stopped returning my messages or phone calls. Their scheduling website is now down. I’ve tried every means available to me to contact them for several months. They owe me over $200.

Couldnt stand the idea of working for someone other then myself so i quit my full time job to start my cleaning company where not only do i get to satify customers and make money i enjoy doing a job in little time with very high efficiency.
