What’s your signature dish?
Roasted pig with homemade side dishes. We arrive with the pig fully cooked and whole on the roaster. We will carve the pig and put the meat into 1/2 steamer pans that we provide. All of our salads are made the day prior to your event so the flavors have time to mingle. All of the hot side dishes are made the day of the event .
What do you love most about your job?
We are allowed to meet a vast majority of people! We have catered everything from a backyard BBQ to a Millionaires mansion. We have many repeat customers that we service every year. We enjoy what we do and we love watching people eat our food.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Started roasting pigs as a hobby but soon many friends and family wanted us to do a wedding or a graduation party and soon their friends and family were asking us also. We decided to go ahead and have never looked back.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our food speaks for itself, we offer free tastings several times a year so our potential customers can sample before they commit. We also provide to-go boxes so they can take some food home to other members who could not attend.
