The jerk chicken tacos & Buffalo cilantro fries are the ! I HIGHLY recommend Marco’s to the locals. I drove from Cypress (20 minutes) but well worth the drive to Tomball.

We were looking for something filling and good to eat so we decided to stop by this food truck. The owner was there with a welcoming smile. Found out he's an author as well! The most delicious food we’ve had in a long time. Fresh, wonderful blend of flavor and expertly prepared. I should have taken a picture of the food, but it was so amazing we devoured it. I had the chicken and Parmesan pasta, and my husband had the pepper chicken sandwich and Buffalo fries. It was such an amazing meal. I can't recall the last time we've had such a perfectly prepared  meal. The Buffalo fries were sweet potato, covered in Buffalo sauce with fresh cilantro. Really excellent - delicious. Got The Ultimate Jambalaya and the bread pudding, delivered - both were fresh, delicious. I actually rarely write reviews, but this was that good. Stopped by this food truck last night out in Tomball with my wife. I got the crawfish etouffee and she got the fish tacos and it was sooooo damn good. The portion was huge and the presentation of the etouffee was honestly beautiful. I'll be back soon to try the Rasta Pasta (jerkchicken pasta) and hopefully many more times to try the rest of the menu. 10/10 More...

I went today, I tried the shrimp and sausage Jambalaya, the sausage was not cooked well, the rice was like Spanish rice and I was not impressed with the sauce. The wife discovered this place online and decided she wanted to try it, I'm thinking why not it's a food truck what do I have to lose, well nothing and I was right I had nothing to lose but what I discovered was one of the best Caribbean and Creole spots I have ever been to, I ordered the Carribean Sample Combo and OMG it blew my socks off!  There was a fried chicken breast over dirty rice with shrimp, crawfish and this AMAZING Remoulade sauce, mind you I'm a big guy and it was too much for me to finish, Chef Marc came out and talk with us at length and thanked us for our patronage of his business when in fact I wanted to thank HIM for serving me such a fantastic meal, I had just one complaint and I made sure that Chef Marc heard me loud and clear and that he did not give me nearly enough of the AMAZING AMAZING Remoulade sauce, but he promised me that he would give me more on our next visit and I will definitely hold him to that, next week.  I almost forgot to mention the Jerk wings  they were off the grill and off the chain but the real star of that dish were thise Carribean Fries me and my wife almost got into an argument over them (believe me they were that good) I could go back just for those fries alone, they were sweet potatoes fired and seasoned in (I don't know what kind of sauce it was but it was AMAZING!) his secret sauce I cannot say enough about my AMAZING experience there you've got to try it I guarantee you will have a memorable dining experience. I came because I wanted to support BO restaurant, unfortunately my experience was not good. I had the jambalaya and it was very tasteless. It tasted like Spanish rice (mushy) topped with tomatoes sauce. Definitely won’t be back as my drive was about 30 minutes and wait was 30 minutes only to have food that’s in my opinion subpar. Today I made a 25 minute drive to Tomball for a much anticipated experience that I will testify and say was spot on. I met Chef Marco who was very friendly and engaging. I have had many jambalaya recipes and this one had the right blend of creole robust that is missed. The parking was great, the people at the food truck park were very hospitable, and the whole ambience of the place was clean/pleasant. It's not easy to find urban eateries that have a decent wait period, but this was perfect....I waited a total of 10 minutes which was greatly appreciated. Make sure you check them out!!! Enjoy!! I found this place on Facebook and had to try. I got the ultimate jambalaya and my fiancé got the burger and loaded potato wedges. He ate all of his before I got a picture but I got a bite. The burger was really good. The sauce on it complimented if very well. The loaded wedges were probably my favorite. The chili was the first thing I tasted and it was so good. How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We focus on dietary restrictions first and narrow down on preferences and what’s available ingredient wise. Sometimes we are able to customize a planned dinner preference.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy pleasing people’s palates and zeroing in on a customer’s five senses. Cooking is my profession, but satisfying my guests is my passion!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I enjoys working for myself and helping others realize their true potential in the food service industry. I personally feel like you should own what you do well as opposed to auctioning your skills. I’m an entrepreneur first before a chef.

I believe every client deserves the best. My services are nothing short of perfection. Everything from delivering a personable service to providing excellent taste and presentation.

We have online ordering for pickup and delivery from our stationary location. We also provide drop off catering.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have a policy of wearing mask and we have increased our services online for pickup and delivery. We are a food truck, therefore we are directly in sync with safety protocols for COVID-19.
Food Truck Catering
Marco’s Pepper Grill Food Trailer provides specialized catering for all types of events, to include private gatherings, and weddings. Customers can book our food trailer and select 1-2 different entrees with a dessert.
