Knowing that each room is different, I can only speak to mine but I HATED the ground floor. I hate the garden level anyway let alone a basement. The lighting was horrible, no deck, and outdated. It was way under booked but yet refused to switch us. Oh well. That aside, it was very quiet and the location is impossible to beat. The staff was nice enough as far as hotel staff. ||Fitz’s (Fritz? I don’t remember) had fantastic food. However, we were there for a conference of about 100 of us and used both the hotel conference room and the restaurant. I didn’t see staff in both so it seemed like Fitz’s staff was their own area. They left much much much to be desired. It’s so close to town, just go to The Village to eat. ||There is a private garage which is wonderful! The general open areas were nice and our room was cleaned well. convenient location, was able to walk to where we needed to go. Spacious room/suites with kitchenettes makes it nice to gather with friends to "dine in". Ford Park near by and swimming pool is heated makes it nice if you're a swimmer. More...

As our itinerary had to be changed at the last minute, and returning back to California by way of Colorado made good sense, I used Booking. com, not TripAdvisor, to secure a great two night rate at Manor Vail Lodge since I had always wanted to stay overnight at Vail after making a brief stop years ago. It was the most luxurious accommodation we have ever stayed with an exquisite high end buffet breakfast included. It is across the street from the free city bus (6AM-2AM!) that we used several times to go to Vail Village and Lionhead Village ( I was much more impressed with Lionhead Village). For $17 per day we parked at their underground lot which was money well spent as it snowed the last night. To wake up at 2:00AM to see everything covered in pure white powdered snow was something we will never forget! Our room included a huge bed larger than a king. It had a expansive room with a living area and full kitchen. It could have accommodated six people. They had outdoor pools and jacuzzis that even with snow on the ground were heated very warmly even in October. More...

Our stay here was awesome. The condo we stayed in was well appointed and comfortable for the whole family. It was within 5 minute walking distance of the east chair lift, and Vail village. The Manor Hotel is beautiful and well located in East Vail. The onsite parking garage is underneath the property and is better than a valet service with a guest having access to their car during their stay. My one bedroom was located stream side and was very updated and spacious. The hotel's website photos do not do this property justice. Stayed here more than one time and the service is great everytime top notch . Very friendly helpful staff and the rooms are beautiful such a good experience. If you need anything they are at your door within 5 min . Highly recommend. The breakfast buffet is also delicious with many options . And there is a free shuttle bus that runs every 8-10 min right next to the entrance of the resort that is free and will take you to Vail village and Lionshead Village from 6am-2am. More...

We booked the Manor Vail to celebrate our anniversary in Vail. We had such a great time. The front desk staff upgraded us to a fantastic one bedroom suite. The customer service here is A+! We have stayed at Manor Vail many times over the years. It just keeps getting better! The staff goes out of their way to provide excellent service without being stuffy. The grounds are gorgeous, the pools and hot tubs are well kept. The fitness center has everything you need. The property is so well located! Gorgeous views, easy walk into Vail Village. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our confirmed room was too small and we were quickly and kindly moved to a larger room with total understanding we would pay more-no surprise. Loved opening the screened windows and doors. The sound of the creek was very relaxing and the breeze was perfect. There is no a/c and did not miss it. The rooms need updating-on the off chance you have to spend time in the room. We had a fantastic trip to vail and loved staying in manor vail! They upgraded us to a premium 1 bedroom when u booked a studio! ! What a treat! It was a fantastic location and the best part was Josh helped us unload our whole car and was so helpful bringing everything into our room, we dont travel light! This is my second stay at the Manor Vail Lodge and my second five star visit. My room does not disappoint with richly decorated furnishings to an outrageously comfortable bed. The bathroom is enormous with two shower heads and luxurious bathroom amenities. The property is well maintained. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Manor Vail Lodge is located between Vail Village and the Betty Ford Gardens. The studio suite is about 700 sq feet, beautifully designed, with everything we could have wished for a comfortable stay. We used the Weber grill on the balcony (with a convenient gas hookup) and prepared a full dinner. We stayed in a “gold” unit which had a few outdated elements (specifically appliances and shower tile), but the quality furnishings and other finishes made it still feel polished. ||||This beautiful property has a super staff.
