I met Mandie (a delightful treat in itself) at the Southern Women's Show when she had sold out all but one Rum Cake ; after debating, I went with the Chocolate Brownie cake and the coconut cake. One of the two coconut cakes was not impressive- it wasn't moist- which discouraged me from eating the other. I'm SO glad I tried the 2nd one; THAT one...OHMYGOODNESS! I could understand why Mandie said it was her fave...I couldn't get enough. I guess the first one just did like baked goods sometimes do and turned out wrong when you do everything right. The Chocolate with the raspberry sauce, though....that's still my fave...decadent ...moist...rich flavors...I want another right now! Planning my trip to the Farmer's Market this weekend to get a stockpile!! More...

The classic white cake was delicious! Had A rich icing with a pleasant aftertaste that sits on the tongue and comes with you afterward. The cake is moist and not dry. The aclcohol content creates a complexity to the cake that makes for a unique eating experience. Highly recommend! More...

I got a chance to pick up some jars while visiting Nashville farmers market! The peach cobbler was amazing!!!! And the chocolate raspberry brownie was also delicious. If ur in Nashville’s area make sure to get to the Farmers Market and grab a few jars you won’t be disappointed!! I also took mine back to Jersey and shared with my family they were all happy and it kept very well! Love it! More...
