My mother created amazing wedding cakes for her clients. She did not graduate from any fancy culinary school, my mom was self taught with the occasional at home Wilton cake courses to help back in her time. So that is how I got started,working with the best Chef I have ever known. This is what has propelled me to graduate from culinary school and has driven me to start my own cake business ! My mother is my inspiration and the first entrepreneur I ever knew .... I am a Pastry Chef first... and that's why I insist on the best for my clients.

The thought process into the creation of your cake takes more time then anything. I make sure everything is perfect and the sentiment just right. You are as unique as your event and deserve a memorable moment that you can tell your children and their children about. My cakes are made from scratch and with organic ingredients this way I can control what is going in it etc.
