This place as far as the food goes rocks it out! Service is great. The only thing that is a negative for me is the extreme wait time. If you plan to go there put your name in online at least an hour before you plan to get there otherwise you will be waiting a long time. Oh my gosh! Â I've been going to Magnolia Pancake at Embassy Oaks for years and loved it. This is the first time I've been to this location and it was amazing! !!! The grounds were so beautiful. You could sit back on the many benches and relax and chat while you wait. Our waiter was amazing and was great with our kids. Our food came out so fast and was SOOOOOO delicious! Just ate here with my family. I had the eggnog french toast with eggs, my daughter had the regular french toast, and my niece had the bacon and cheddar omelet. Our plates are clean! Great food and fantastic service! My server was Sam and he took great care of me. I got the corned beef hash at first. I was told that it didn't have any onions in it. I got my food and it had a lot of onions in it. I hate onions. Sam was great and he let me order something different at no extra charge. I got the Stonewall Ranch Breakfast. It's huge and delicious. I also had the bananas foster pancakes. They were so good. They always have a wait because of the amazing food. Use the Yelp no wait feature to get in like a head of time. My favorite breakfast place ever!  Very clean and all the foods are absolutely delicious. I actually could pick lots of favorites. The peach and pecan waffle is my favorite.  The bacon  never disappoints. Even something as plain as the buttermilk pancakes melt in your mouth. The Farmers Scramble is also a great plate. We actually order several things and split them among each other.  The plates are very full.  It can get quite expensive because you can't order smaller sizes, like sometimes I want a biscuit, but you have to order the 4 with a big bowl of sausage gravy.  I like the fruit parfait and the homemade European whipped cream is delicious.  Not too sweet. Great food and servers. Great atmosphere. I absolutely recommend going there. If I could give 6 stars I would.If the manager is reading this, I have a suggestion. Y'all make it too easy to leave without tipping. The computer screen asks "Do you want to tip?" With a yes/no button instead of "How much do you want to tip?" with percentage buttons. And after I select yes, the initial tip is 0% instead of 15 out 20%. Since you're not dealing with your actual server, and because you're near the exit, it's very tempting to not tip. More...

We drove hours just to eat here. This was one of our favorite places to eat when we lived in San Antonio. Â Lately we've been having major cravings for it, so this trip we made it a point to have Magnolia on the agenda. Use the yelp waitlist. (Be within 10 miles to get on the list). Even 4 years ago there would always be a wait. So having a wait has been a trend for this place for YEARS. We didn't have too much of a wait we we arrived. They won't seat incomplete parties when there is a waitlist. Coffee coffee coffee. Get it. Drink it. Drink some more! I had the Magnolia- eggs, choice of meat, hashbrowns, pancakes or waffles. I love the ham. I love the pancakes even more. M got the Farmers scramble. Delicious!! The other favorite is corned beef hash--next time!! Chris was our waiter. I recognized him as a waiter we had before. He has worked for Magnolia for 16 years!!! It was worth the five hour drive. Worth the wait. Service is great. Food is greater! We will keep going back when we are in town. I'll keep recommending MPH to others when they are visiting as well. The Hall/event venue looks cool if you need a unique venue for parties. YUM!!!
