Ordered dinner for us and two small kids before 5:30 pm tonight. After 6:30pm we called and were told the food hasn't left the restaurant. So we cancelled our order. We tried to order from these guys a few years ago too. After two attempted deliveries with the incorrect order, we gave up. I guess performance hasn't improved. More...

Ordered $40 worth of food online tonight. 10/15/20 Card was charged. 1.5 hours later...still no food. Call store, I’m then told my order is on the way. 20 minutes later....still no food. 4 kids starving at this point. My address is only 5 minutes from the restaurant. I call again...then told by same individual that she has to check. Leaves me on hold for 5 minutes, comes back on the line to ask me why I’m still on the line and did I have another question about my order. I ask yes...when is it going to be here. She then puts me on hold AGAIN. Finally someone else comes to the phone to inform me that my order was never prepared and that the previous person had been lied to me about my order being on the way. Didn’t offer to do anything about it, other than we can prepare food now and get it to you. So sad that customer service has come to this!!!! More...

Disappointing first experience...delivery was much later than promised, hair in one of our burgers and an entire entree was simply not delivered. Upon calling to advise, we were told that the manager, Luis, was out on delivery’s and that my option was to hold for the next 10 minutes until they closed. Disappointing experience to say the least.
