We would give more stars if we could! CHELLE at MAD BATTER BAKERY in TUCSON, ARIZONA was amazing to work with. We made little "signs" for our wedding cupcakes and she offered to put a sign in each of the cupcakes before the wedding day delivery. This helped us out immensely! They arrived early at our venue with plenty of time to set them up. We were impressed with her cheery and timely responses and correspondence. GREAT customer service and the cupcakes were PERFECT! We brought home the leftovers and I have been eating one every night after dinner as my dessert! They are so delicious! All this and so AFFORDABLE too! My daughter wanted a Pusheen cake for her 8th birthday. I knew right away this was way out of my league, so I contacted Chelle. I found Mad Batter Bakery through yelp. I saw on her website that she has decorated cakes with Peanuts Characters. My wife is a huge Snoppy fan. Chele (owner) was in transition to move to a new location. She was not taking any new orders at that time. However, I when I explained that my wife's birthday is May 12, and she was a mother's day baby, Chele was more than accommodating. One week before before my wife's birthday Chele said she would make a special Snoopy cake and deliver it the the restaurant we would be dining at on Mothers Day, May 13th. Today Chele came through and exceeded my expectations. She delivered the cake at the exact time we discussed and sent me a confirmation text. Two weeks before my wedding we had our vendor cancel our desserts. Boy was I mad but guess what that brought me to the Mad Batter Bakery. How fitting right? Dealing with Chelle, the owner, was nothing short of amazing! With such a short amount of time and 170 cupcakes to make, Chelle was your true professional! No doubt she's a little nutty to take on such a large order with a flower design, three flavors and gold flakes but guess what? She knocked it out of the park. I wasn't able to sample anything since our event was two weeks out but they tasted better than imagined (strawberry champagne, marble and red velvet). However don't take my word for it. Terrific experience! I live in Washington but was able to order a birthday cake for my brother in Tucson with no trouble at all. The prices are super affordable and my messages were responded to in a timely manner. The cake looked exactly as it was pictured on the website and my brother and his family raved about the taste. This is officially my go to for any future celebration.  Chelle was awesome to work with and equally important her cupcakes were amazing! !!!!  We got strawberry vanilla cupcakes with strawberry frosting.  Fresh strawberries added so not anything like fake flavor.  We also got the gluten free pumpkin pie cupcakes with whipped cream frosting.  Sooooo amazing!  All of the guests at our event loved both flavors.  Another awesome feature of this company is the free delivery.  No need to run to a bakery to pick up your order when there are plenty of other things that have to be done at the last minute!  Thanks again for making day special! Ordered these wonderful cupcakes for my son's birthday and loved them so much!They were really cute and packaged nicely, but when we tried them we were blown away- these were absolute perfection! The cake was light and perfectly flavored, (it was also so fresh), and the frosting was the best frosting that I have ever tasted.I thought Sprinkles were my favorite cupcakes but now I'm not so sure.I am definitely going to be a repeat customer of Mad Batter Bakery!! For my daughter's birthday, I ordered 2 dozen mini cheesecakes (chocolate covered strawberry and blueberry) to have delivered to her. She is a student at U of A. I am in the Bay Area, Ca.  Chelle  was professional, informative, and prompt.  We handled the order and details directly over the phone and conveniently over text.  Chelle, went out of her way to accommodate my daughter's specific tastes.  She also hand delivered to my daughter on her birthday. My daughter doesn't like icing or heavily iced cakes or cupcakes.  She loves cheesecake but is particular to home made with fresh fruit topping.  This is why Mad Batter Bakery was the perfect choice because Chelle's menu incorporates fresh fruit on some selections including cheesecakes and minis.  Thanks to Chelle's help, I was able to pull off surprising my daughter on her birthday, all the way from home. My daughter absolutely loved the mini cheesecakes.  She commented on the perfect portion size, texture, sweetness level and most importantly the fresh chocolate covered strawberries on each cheesecake.  I highly recommend Mad Batter bakery for the cheesecake minis and for the great, personal service!
