We've been using M13 Graphics for 10 years, our company has never had a problem with them. I'm very satisfied with my business cards and even more pleased with the customer service I received regarding this matter. I'll definitely be back in the future. Just wanted to say Thank you for caring about issue.  A little turned off, I called twice to receive a quote for business cards. I advised this would be my 1st time ordering I wish the rep would have explained what I was paying for a rushed order of 100 card would have been the same price for 1000 cards. Just placed an order for Business Cards and realized I should have called Chris or his brother at M13. I stupidly forgot about their great quality and service. Honestly, I've never seen better quality and a more buttoned-up operation than M13, and if I had been thinking, I'd have called them instead of going to the cut-rate offshore operation and gotten a much faster turnaround time from the good folks over at M13 Graphics in Schaumburg. If I could give this place 6 stars, I would.I've been struggling to find a good printer the last few years, and alas! A diamond in the rough! These guys care, are really nice, and on top of it, the quality is unparallelled at rates that are on par with most of their competitors.
