Luxury Limousine of Las Vegas

What can I say?!  My experience thus far with Luxury Limousines has been awesome and I have yet to even enjoy the party bus I reserved!  I discovered Luxury Limousines either through Yelp or just searching the Internet (sadly I can't remember because I've done so much searching for vendors in prep for my NYE trip it's not even funny).  It wasn't very long after submitting my inquiry that I received an email stating that someone would be in touch to further discuss my needs.  They also informed me that they were available to help with show tickets, nightclub entry, the whole nine; which was very helpful to know given that my friends and I will be staying in Vegas for six days.  I finally connected with Albert, one of Luxury Limo's award-winning concierges whose personality and energy oozed through the phone immediately.  Albert was extremely informative, honest, and super knowledgeable.  I enjoyed every second of Albert and I's conversation.  We discussed my NYE plans in detail and he even asked which club we were going to for NYE in order to provide feedback about whether or not we made the right decision and to see if we got a good deal - which he confirmed that we did!  I had quite a bit of questions, but Albert answered them all very thoroughly for me.  I truly trusted Albert that he was not trying to steer me wrong because he was very upfront and sharp and vocal about his years in the business.   So many companies are out here trying to swindle customers and upsell them, but I did not get that sense from Albert and Luxury.  They seemed genuine about meeting my needs and ensuring I am getting the best price and level of service I deserve.  Albert and I ended up talking about 35 minutes, which resulted in me booking NYE transportation with Luxury Limos - this decision was majorly due to Albert.  I felt so informed during our conversation, as well as, reassured that he has me and my friends' best interests at heart.  As if our initial conversation wasn't enough to win me over, Albert called back about an hour after we spoke to update me that he contacted the resort where we'll be partying at for NYE to speak to their Security to make sure we are on the concierge transportation list (which would result in us not sitting in traffic waiting to be dropped off), but the person would not be back in the office for the next two days.  That level of proactiveness gained Albert even more bonus points in my book!  I cannot wait for our Vegas trip!  If it's anything like my conversation with Albert, I am going to be pleased beyond my imagination!  Stay tuned for an updated review after my NYE festivities!  :) More...

A limo service should never be short of exhilarating. Luxury Limousines is over the top with exceptional service and hospitality. We were in LAS VEGAS for a 3 day Music Festival as well as a 21st birthday and our driver Jeff Taylor went ABOVE and BEYOND all our expectations and made the limo service a highlight of the entire week. BEST. BEST. BEST. I got married this weekend here in Vegas, and decided to request a limo to take us to and from the set place. Being from the bay, it was tough to find which service would be the best. I sent a message and received a response really quick from Jenna. She was clear and not too long after, gave me a call to confirm everything. She was SUPER POLITE and AWESOME and made the setup a lot more trustworthy. Later on, Brett, our driver, texted me and we set up our pick up time. Brett was an AMAZING guy. Super nice and made the experience not just a "limo rental." These folks coped with the perpetual mess that is edc about as well as they could. We had some delays getting picked up the first day due to being the last pick-up day but they had cold water waiting when they arrived. I booked the Mercedes Sprinter Limo Van for a bachelorette party in April 2019. Our driver Greg was awesome. The van comfortably fit 13 ladies with room for us to dance! (Seated dancing as we were resting our feet between stops) We visited the Vegas sign, cruised the strip and went to a few clubs. This company is amazing!!! Jenna provided outstanding service to help me book a party bus for my cousin's bachelorette party last weekend. She was incredibly responsive and accommodating and even upgraded our vehicle to a beautiful, decked out Mercedes Sprinter for our girls' night out to see Aussie Heat despite us having a smaller group :) Their rates are also very competitive!!! On the evening of our show, we were picked up by our amazing driver Rick right on time! Several of our girls were running behind and I was becoming extremely anxious since the valet staff at the front of our hotel wanted Rick to move the party bus because our group was not complete. Rick was SO patient and managed the situation very professionally- he communicated with the hotel staff and waited until all of us girls were downstairs safely. This meant so much to us, so thank you Rick! Inside the van, we were greeted by our wonderful host Lenny and complimentary champagne and water bottles!!! It was the perfect welcome, and our group really enjoyed our drive over to Planet Hollywood for the show. I will always be choosing this company for our future Vegas trips. I can't say enough about Jenna and the staff at Luxury Limousines!  I had been working with another limo company for months to provide transportation for 40+ guests coming from all over the country for my December 30th wedding.  There were 14 rides total, and when it came down to crunch time, the other company just couldn't get the details right.  With only a couple of weeks until the wedding, I was frustrated, and a little bit panicked.  I made calls to several other limo companies, but didn't get a good vibe, until Jenna answered the phone with the friendliest voice I'd heard all day!  I explained my situation and she said "I can help you!".  By that night I had cancelled the other limo company, and by the following day Jenna had booked all of my rides with ease!  My guests were so impressed with the drivers, the service and sprinter van!!!  The staff at Luxury Limousines are prompt, friendly and professional, and I can't wait to return to Vegas and take another ride!  Thank you, Jenna, for answering the phone when I called!!! We rented the sprinter party bus and let me just say that it was absolutely beautiful on the inside. Our driver was Cowboy Bobby and he was great! !! Our crew consisted of kids ages 9-18 and they all had an amazing time. We were able to make some stops on the strip and take photos as well as the Las Vegas sign. We contacted Luxury Limousine for our back to school night with kids from ages 9-18. We reserved the Sprinter Party Bus and I was blown away with how great it looked inside and out. Cowboy Bobby was our driver and he was just amazing. He made the night fun!! We stopped on the strip and took photos as well as the Las Vegas sign. I needed a large bus for 2 hours to transport wedding guest to and from wedding and reception. Other companies I called would only do 5 hour minimums and wanted to charge me almost $1300! !! Landed at McCarren with a text msg on my phone from our driver letting us know he was there at the specific carrousel in the airport waiting for us.  Escalade was clean, cool and ready to go.  Friendly driver took us to all our stops quickly.  One of the nicest drivers we ever met.  Their rates were spot on.  No up-sell, no BS charges.  The have the lowest rate of the vegas limo's and there charges were exactly what the should be for the services offered.  Our new limo service for when we go to Vegas from now on!!!!
