After calling numerous times to a previous tint installer and did not receive a response, I contacted Luxury Glass Tinting for a quote via email. Anthony responded quickly with the various tints and prices. The appointment was made with ease.Edgar came within the suggested time frame and was very friendly and courteous. I'm glad I went with Luxury Glass Tinting. Upon calling and seeing what days and time they had available, I was treated with the best customer service anyone can ask for. The gentleman over the phone was quick, concise and thorough with what I was getting. there was no time being wasted which I really appreciated. First off! Scheduling an appointment was so easy and honestly so relieving because I needed something ASAP because it's hard for me not to have tint on a new car. Second off, the rate I got was completely fair and relatively cheap compared to other companies. Other companies were in the high 200s for standard film, when Luxury Tint was in the 100's. Heads up- you will need a private area like a drive way or garage in order for the technician to complete the tint job in a safe way so just know that before calling for an appointment. The technician, Edgar did a wonderful job in a timely matter and updated me as soon the car was completely and gave me a thorough explanation at the end of warranty etc. Thank you to Anthony and Edgar for making my car look like a million bucks, you guys are the best!! 10 out of 10!! I was refused service because I do not have access to a private driveway. I contacted the owner through Yelp to get a quote. I tried to schedule an appointment but was told I have to 'find a place not public'. I asked what this means, as I do not have a place with a private driveway, or access to one. The owner then stopped replying. He then did not respond back until I posted this review. I do not know how this place stays in business with this model.Edit:The explanation almost sounds legitimate, but you cannot even offer a location to do this at, knowing all of this? In reality, this is the owner's way of only servicing private residences. I hope you are a millionaire, because that is the only clients this guys wants to deal with. A neighborhood cul de sac is too dangerous? I can't buy a parking space in a public parking place so that I'm not trespassing? You just automatically turn down me because I do not own a house? The Short: Good pricing, efficient service, stellar job, nice workers, and they come to you! What else could you want?The Long: I need to get two cars tinted and after calling several places, Luxury Glass tinting was the cheapest option and has a lifetime warranty! I researched their hybrid tinting and was sold! It was easy enough to call and get an appointment for both of my cars (they seem to be busy since I had to book out about a week). My car has been down for awhile as I've been working on it to get it ready for car shows, with some deadlines being pushed back the car wasn't driveable still and I've been wanting to re tint the glass so I began looking on yelp to find a mobile glass tinting company, I reached out to Anthony to see if he would be able to send someone to tint my cars windows at my house. Right from the first phone call, they were very nice and very professional. They informed me of the different visibilities and qualities of their tints. We set up the appointment 2 days later and they came to my home and worked on my driveway. The person who came was very nice and professional as well (sorry I forgot his name). We confirmed which tint I wanted and he got to work. The estimated time to finish installing was 3 hours for all windows except the windshield. When it was all finished it looked great! I am so happy with my tints! I booked an at home appointment for myself, my sister, and a friends cars and they all turned out incredible! The two workers who came for the installation were both very professional, friendly, and well prepared. They did a better job than I could've hoped and in a very timely manner. Excellent, excellent service once again from the team from Luxury Glass tinting! I called on their help once again to tint an older 1990 Toyota Corolla Station Wagon which had some awful tint installed. Not wanting to go through that headache of cheap tint, I immediately reached out to Anthony to get a quote for Llumar (which in my opinion is far superior than SunTek, or 3M). Anthony's quote hit it right out of the park. I was once again greeted by charismatic and smiling Edgar who quickly went to work after we chose the shade of tint. I have now had two cars tinted by Edgar and they look phenomenal. Anthony is super easy to communicate with and scheduling was a breeze. The first car was my little Fiat 500e and I didn't choose top of the line tint since I didn't plan to own it for more than two years. Edgar showed up promptly to our place and took the time to show me the different tint levels and explain the whole process. He was very patient with my indecisiveness and was very pleasant to work with. He worked on my car while I was upstairs and called to let me know when it was done. The tint is still perfection two years later!I recently received my new Tesla which can with factory dyed windows in the second row. I messaged Anthony through Yelp to schedule a visit. Got a prompt response and scheduled for a few days after. It was Edgar again and he remembered doing my other car. This time I did go with the highest quality tint but I was indecisive about how dark to go and Edgar helped me make an informed choice. He explained the difference between the pre-darkened glass and a tinted window and what the potential difference might look like.  He finished the job in a couple of hours and the front tint looks pretty solidly matched to the back windows.
