Luxury Cleaning’s response was prompt, arrived on time, rates very reasonable and they understood what I needed done as we were going to have pictures taken and list our home the next day.
My home is 3000sq ft and it needed a very deep clean from baseboards to blinds to floors. The outcome was PHENOMENAL, we received many compliments and offers.
I would use again and recommend Luxury Cleaning to anyone.

Hired for post construction cleaning. They did not clean to my expectations. They offered to come back and take care of my concerns but I am hesitant because of the poor performance.
I gave them two stars for their efforts. With this company you need to give them a very detailed list of what needs to be done and inspect the work.
-did not wipe down walls and doors (can still see fingerprints and smudges on the walls).
-did not clean/dust light fixtures (glass globes are still very dusty)
-did not clean bathroom mirror (they said mirror was falling off the wall; they did not mention that until I ask why it wasn't cleaned)
-did not completely clean windows (cleaned windows inside only but not the first floor windows outside. Agreement was no need to clean upstairs windows outside because of the height. )
OVERALL: I felt this written review was important so future clients have a few details of my experience and insight to the results of the job this company was hired to do. This job might have been their first post construction cleaning.
NOTE: This is not meant to be a negative review and I'm not saying don't hire them; in fact give them a chance with caution.
