Owner said she would provide service, then never returned my calls 2 weeks before vacation.

I rarely write negative Yelp reviews, but this situation has been incredibly stressful!

I contacted Tracy, the owner, in early May asking if she could provide pet sitting for our dogs in June. She told me she could, and I filled out the needed info on her website.
I did not receive a call back or email from her within the week, which I thought was odd, so I called her again. She said sorry for the delay, and she would review my dates and get back to me with specifics "by the end of today or tomorrow."
3-4 days passed without me hearing from her, so I called again.
Tracy again told me "Thanks so much for your patience, I will look at this and tell you more details by the end of today or tomorrow."
3-4 more days passed, and I called her last Friday. She did not answer, so I left a voicemail. She has not returned my call as of today (Monday), and I can only assume that she has no intention of actually providing pet sitting for us. I have little faith and would not trust her or her staff to enter our home and care for our pets.
By this point, our family vacation is fast approaching. I have lost sleep over trying to secure a pet sitter for our vacation time. I've been scrambling, and other pets sitters have told me they are booked by this point. I would have had more options if Tracy had just let me know she could not fulfill this request. More...

I would give 5 stars. But its too soon. Tracey is super receptive and flexible and caring. Though some of the details changed as we got closer to an arrangement. Its steady now.

Hunter is fantastic with our dog. She is prepared and friendly. The owner is so nice and prompt and flexible with scheduling. The only issue we have is the price is a bit high and we are not getting the full 30 minutes. We probably do not need the full time, so a less amount of time for a smaller fee would be great! Michele, Thank you so much for the sweet words. Hunter loves hanging out with Whitney. I was shocked to read that you felt you were not getting a full 30min visit so I immediately checked your specialists gps tracker. Shorting visits is unacceptable and will result the specialists termination. Our tracker showed walk routes and routine check in/out times of 30-50min. Please let me know if this is incorrect and I will address it immediately! Shorting visits will not be tolerated.
