My Mom really enjoys Luby's so I joined her for dinner. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food, particularly the veggies. Nothing was overcooked and I observed them trading out serving trays for fresh trays of the same item. Help was offered promptly to my Mom to carry her tray. That was a nice gesture.
