Helping people see healthy habits they possess to create great moments. When a person can start building healthy habits to improve their lifestyle is a priceless moment. Showing clients how there positive & negative moments play a big role in their success creates happy moments for me. I just love holding conversations with clients and listening to their ups & downs to figure out realistic solutions to create greatness. I'm a people person that loves to help when needed.

Through my journals in life, I went from a single-parent home, eight different colleges, losing my daughter, alcoholism, losing my family, cheating boyfriend, broke, low self-esteem, and so much more. To become a professional athlete, living in a different country, faithful husband, dad, house, MBA, high self-esteem, independence, and so much more. I have always had a passion for people, and now I get to do what I love every day. Helping people understand their Lifestyle and how to simplify it is a chapter that will never get old.

I will show you how to structure your Lifestyle through habit learning to create more time for the important moments in your life. I will guide you in Phase One by gathering a range of information about your Lifestyle to build a foundation. I will also teach you how to figure out your positive and negative habits for growth. Building a solid Lifestyle starts with a strong understanding of you and your surroundings. In Phase Two we restructure the habits within you to improve your Lifestyle. The goal is to take the habits we learn and implement them in your daily routine. This will show you how those habits are affecting moments in your life daily. Together we will figure out a strategy to create realistic goals. This allows you to start focusing on the important things and gain time back to be more productive. When you start to understand habits in your Lifestyle, you gain control over life moments. In Phase three you learn how to maintain healthy habits for a successful Lifestyle. You will continue to focus on habit trigger points, routine patterns, and risk vs. reward to make improvements as your Lifestyle continues to grow. A Process with consistent habit learning create more time to become great at what you choose to do in your Lifestyle.

Yes, I provide services online or remotely. I use zoom for one on one or group sessions to provide convenience for my clients. This also allows me to help clients outside my area. I also use phone, Facebook, Instagram, & WhatsApp. I try to make it as easy as possible for my clients to get help when needed.

I use online platforms to give my clients the option for video sessions. If I do meet with clients in person I make sure I bring masks and hand sanitizer if needed. My clients & I also practice social distancing and if any party is feeling sick we reschedule the session or move to online.
