I order fried shrimp with sweet potatoes chips. Everything was delicious! From the jumbo size shrimp to the yummy sweet potatoes. Flavor and freshness was on the spot and and portions were decent. I order over the phone and picked up just a few minutes after, there was a line at lunch time but my food was ready when I got there. I am very pleased with the food and service. My daughter and son-in-law were married this past Saturday in Charleston. Since this was a destination. wedding, we hosted a welcome party for our out-of-town guests at Gold Bug Island, and Lowcountry Creole food truck handled the catering. When I contacted Chef Frisco in February about the menu, he spent about 45 minutes discussing all the options, and helped my to design a menu that met our needs. I really wanted my guests to have a sampling of Charleston cuisine, and Chef Frisco delivered!The welcome party was held on May 30th and we were so impressed with the professionalism of Chef Frisco and his staff. I've eaten their food twice when they've come to Trident. Both times were outstanding. Their shrimp are big, cooked just right, and that batter is delicious. Was not a huge fan of their rice, but everything else I've tried is great. Can't wait to try more of their food next time they're out there. Also, big shout out to the crew who was out there on 6/25. They had started to shut down early because the hospital employees were all at shift change and they hadn't had any customers in a while. But they decided to serve those of us who trickled out on our way home. I'm sure the three of them were wanting to go home themselves, but they were all very nice about serving us. The Charleston Caribbean Creole food truck came by our office today; and I was very pleased to see a different truck other than our usual line up visiting the office. I hope they'll be back around again because they were pretty damn good for a food truck. I ordered the Gator Sausage Po Boy and it was delicious; a nice warm bun stuffed with grilled alligator sausage, onions, and peppers topped with spicy mustard. I also got a side of fries, but not really impressed with those since they were not very hot. I am on the social committee for a high rise condominium complex , and we hired Charleston
Caribbean Creale to cater a Caribbean party for us on June 3,2017.
They are very professional in their services, provided everything they promised, and they were on time. Karen and Shante could not have been nicer or more accommodating . Chef Frisco was amazing with having everything fresh and made sure all was perfect. Everyone enjoyed them so much, we are trying to book them for another occasion.

Tried for the first time. The truck was park in the Trident Tech parking lot so wanted to give it a try. Not a big fan of sausage but I do like the gator and what do you know, I love it. What do you love most about your job?
Introducing people to Charleston Food. I also like doing mix culture wedding with my mixed culture cuisine is fun.
Latin, southern, Caribbean, Italian, African.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted highlight Lowcountry, Gullah, and Creole cuisine to customers not from Charleston and also introduce my style of cuisine to those who live here.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are real people you can call the Chef, Catering manager directly. We will work a menu for any budget.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
We have small venue for up to 8 people to do private Chef Table dinners for bachelor, and ette.
Includes wine local beer and maybe a good tap dance as I cook and plate your meal in front of you in my private kitchen.
We have also have a small restaurant that can host a private party of 60 people.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We now serve individually sealed and platted meals for any event. I also provide served buffet, and drop off and set ups.
All of my staff has all of their shots.
Full Service Catering
We and provide full service catering plated and buffet also now Covid service.
We also offer Drop off buffet service.
We bring in Chafing dishes hot food and serving ware.
Personal Chef Service
Chef Frisco comes to you location and cooks a meal for you and your guest or can do a drop off buffet service
We serve form 5 to 100 guest.
Drop off Catering
Drop off service consist of chef come in and set up buffet and serving ware and sternols to keep it worm then we leave.
Venu
Chef Has a small restaurant for parties from 2 to 50 people. This venue has its own catering and you can decorate.
We Provide Private dinners for 2 includes food service and drinks.
