I’ve appreciated getting to know Jeremy as a colleague and have found him to be approachable, warm, and dedicated to helping people with practical strategies. He applies what he’s learned since beginning as a therapist in 2005 in order to help individuals, couples, and families meet their goals. I respect Jeremy helps clients get out of therapy far faster than most therapists by giving lots of assignments and techniques to both spread out and reduce number of sessions needed. I got to visit with Jeremy of Lotz Therapy yesterday for quite a while, and I can say without a doubt that I highly recommend him to anyone needing family or individual counseling. His passion is working with teens, which he has had a lot of experience with. He also has a heart for family counseling that involves the family all together and also children separate from their parents. Do you have some concerns or questions about your child/teen, but not sure you need a lot of counseling sessions? Just call Jeremy and schedule a free consultation. He can point you to specific books and articles that will be helpful, and that might be all you need. But if there are more difficult issues to resolve, he's there for you for the duration. I worked with Jeremy for a little over a year and a half and I can definitely tell that Jeremy isn't around anymore. Jeremy is a phenomenal therapist, co-worker, supporter, and human. He really fights hard for his clients. He is so very insightful and super caring. He is an excellent teacher and when he gets enthusiastic about (insert topic here), everyone around him can feel it and it causes you to get excited too (even if you didn't like it before). Jeremy is extremely passionate and engages so well with those he works with. He goes out of his way to make others feel cared for and thought of. He is very thoughtful and kind and I am so glad to know him. I would definitely recommend his services to any and everyone. What an incredible gift Jeremy brings to the world. His words speak life and hope into dark and desperate situations. He walked our 11 year old son through an unchartered season of anxiety. I worked with Jeremy for years at a domestic violence agency and appreciated his passion, determination, and caring toward helping families and teenagers who were struggling. Jeremy Lotz knows his stuff when it comes to parental & teen counseling !! Recently consulted him regarding a teen who recently took a sudden turn toward drug use, promiscuity, stealing, and a suicide attempt — which is quickly overwhelming their parents (close family friends of ours). I felt Jeremy was within minutes able grasp the nature of the situation and quickly offered practical advice and options for treatment of this crisis. I hope I never need his services for my own child, but if I do, I know I'd trust him to help. We didn't discuss it, but as effortlessly as he handled our friend's recent crisis, I wonder if "well care" wouldn't be helpful too? More...

Jeremy Lotz was an incredible therapist to our 17 year old daughter during an extremely difficult time in her life. After years of doctors, therapists, medications, and diagnoses, Jeremy was the one who finally came to a definitive diagnosis and treatment plan for our child. It was really a miracle and Jeremy showed the sensitivity and care that our family so desperately needed. Among the many LPCs that I know and have worked alongside in residential care, Jeremy is by far one of the most genuine, goal-driven, intentional counselors around. He is helpful, resourceful, graceful, and honest. He will challenge your way of thinking and make room (as well as guide the client to do the same) to grow to one's full potential.
