Lori Lander Coaching - Online Coach for Women

I needed support in identifying and achieving my goals for this next stage in my life. We worked together to identify my three biggest career goals. Lori met with me every week, asked me the hard questions & gave me daily and weekly goals to work towards. There were tears and fear in considering these dreams/goals that would change my life and family’s life. “Baby steps,” she’d tell me and I’d stop feeling so overwhelmed. Lori consistently helped me to remain focused, to believe I could attain the goals I’d established, and to move forward towards my future.

I’ve since achieved two of my goals!! I’m currently attending one of the top 12 universities in the country for training in my new field!! With Lori’s guidance I was able to see what I needed and truly valued. I love the work we’ve done together. I’m on my new path and I hope to work with Lori as I grow into the next stages of my life!! SO GRATEFUL to Lori!!

Lori has literally helped me turn my life around by teaching me how to be organized, providing me with a plan, and by giving me wonderful support along the way. Struggling with covid isolation and the limitations of aging, I needed a life coach to help structure my retired and depressed life. I needed someone strong and clear. I worked with Lori for a few months, and I can say that she is very attentive and professional. With the challenges that I came across, she helped me put each of them into a perspective that made it so much easier for me to tackle. Normally I'd think of problems somehow getting resolved in an abstract way, but Lori helps to make problem resolution concrete by asking things like "how" and "when" for each challenge I'm trying to overcome. I always have a lot of anxiety about a lot of different things, and Lori helped to ease all of that. She helped me with more constructive ways of thinking. I've found ways to shed a lot of the weight that's been keeping me down emotionally, like telling myself that I'm allowed to be messy in my process and that my personal best in a given day doesn't need to be my all-time best. I started working out regularly again and I fixed my messed-up sleep schedule. Now when I wake up every day, instead of feeling gross and groggy, I feel pretty refreshed. I feel a lot less irritable from day to day. Overall I'd say my experience with Lori has resulted in my problems not seeming so intimidating, and I feel a lot of gratitude towards myself and all the nice things I have in my life. Lori has been an invaluable resource as I have been working on making some adjustments in my life. I am close to becoming an empty-nester and am reevaluating where I choose to spend my time and energy. Lori does not push me in any specific direction but encourages me to reflect on what it is that I value at this time. Lori is non-judgemental, truly hears what I am saying, and even hears what I don’t even realize I’m saying! I have been meeting with Lori and I couldn’t be more grateful. Every single time we have a session I walk away feeling more uplifted, positive, motivated and organized. After our zoom call in February and me setting August 15,2020 as a goal date to pay off my Wellsfargo CC, Ring CC. and dental bill I immediately paid off my dental in February. AND NOWWWWW I have officially paid off both my CC and RING!!!!!!! I not only DID IT, but I did it 3 months quicker than then 6 months planned.
