I saw Kristen this morning after having a terrible few nights sleep and waking up with my whole right side of my neck and into my back & shoulder in pain ! Kristen was simply amazing. I have never ever a massage in my life. She makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. I have had issues my right shoulder for over 10 years. I have bursitis & arthritis in my shoulder. I could not extend my right arm above my head or roll my shoulder. There was such a mass of build up in my arm. After 20 minutes Kristen working her thing...I can now my arm fully and stretch it. I've been the Drs many times for my shoulder. They want me to do physical therapy. My insurance did not cover that. I have been involved in sports for most of my life and have always suffered from back and knee pain. After suffering from a minor back injury recently, I realized it was time to get a massage. Kristen went in and was shocked at how tight my back was but I walked out feeling so good! She found that I had a little muscle in my back that was so tight it’s been the cause of my back pain this whole time...if only someone told me that sooner! Had my first massage with Kristen yesterday & she was absolutely amazing! She worked on my whole body & was able to hone in on my problematic areas with a gentle but effective touch!
She asked if I had recently sprained my ankle (it’s been 5.5 years since the injury) & informed me that the muscle still wasn’t healed completely!
Overall an amazing experience & I’ve already booked my next appointment! Can’t wait to see her & her magic hands again!
