Great management! I just love my new apartment! Hannah is great at helping you personally to get into an apartment you love :) and it's almost as if you're the only tenant because when you have even the smallest question she is quick to reply! I highly recommend this company!

What a great company! I live in the Luxury Lofts on Broadway, Great location its like 15 resteraunts within walking distance, popeyes, churches, subway, spangles, the list goes on and on and on! 3 minutes from old town. You're not far from anything! Prices are extremely fair for what you get! But the best thing about this company is they're real people. They worked with me when no other company would. i was overseas and needed a living space upon my arrival, the landlord worked with me breaking her back to make sure i wasn't homeless when i got back to wichita! Thats what makes a great company in my eyes ! More...
