What do you love most about your job?
I am very passionate about Architectural Design, I love how no job is the same; each project takes the ability to observe and think about the best solution for the project.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My first job was with a Women who was the Owner of a Architectural firm. She is my mentor, and who I choose to emulate most of my designs after.

As-Built Services
We guarantee the most accurate Houston architecture surveys in the industry our “As-built drawings” or architectural surveys have a 1/8” error ratio. 1/16”:100’ what this means is that for every one hundred feet we have and offset error of only one eighth of an inch of the entire building. When largely renovating a structure you must have original drawings of that building. Logical Cad Solutions will travel to the property and measure the entire building in real-time, then create a correct and accurate floor plan. When largely remodeling or re-designing and existing space you must have a comprehensive architecture layout that reflects the changes made to that structure over the years.
If your structure is older, historical or the floor plan is outdated and doesn’t have Construction Documents on file with your city and state you may need and architectural survey completed. We have the most accurate Houston as-built drawings in our industry, our call out and bubbling system makes our plans easy to read and understand regardless of the complexity. Logical Cad Solutions, LLC includes the buildings HVAC system, Electrical, Plumbing fixture and Mechanical components and placement of the entire building.
CAD Drafting
Logical CAD Solutions, LLC architectural layout services can also convert paper documents into dimensionally accurate AutoCAD and REVIT files. We use AIA standard conventions for all layers, or we can use your layers, standards, title block and plotter configurations for no additional charge. We take pride in our work, and offer top quality Cad conversions at the most affordable rates in the market.
Some services offer paper to cad conversions services that use software to process a scanned image into a Cad format, this method works well for archiving older drawings however the problem with that type of paper to Cad conversion process is that it produces a drawing that lacks accuracy.
