Update: Worst experience ever. I would give 0 stars if I could. Was called two days before the wedding to say they had Covid and was sending two different people instead. They showed up late but other than that the day of was fine. The contract says allow 90 days but we got married in May and still haven't received everything we paid for. We had to contact them to get any of the pictures because we never heard from them after the wedding. A lot of the pictures are poorly edited and you could tell it was a rush job. My name is spelled wrong and the video has poor audio editing. How you photograph a wedding and not get a picture of all the groomsman at the altar. The video of the ceremony shows the flower girl who is also the my daughter only from the back. Then even with the misspelled name and poor editing we didn't receive video of the reception. We were told we would get the raw footage and the edited footage three weeks ago all we received was the raw footage and that was a week after I called and emailed. I will be seeking legal action because they are obviously con artist who take advantage of good people on what is supposed to be a wonderful occasion. More...
