I ran all through school, but after college, work, family and life in general just got in the way of taking care of myself physically. Finding Erica and her GotToRun group got me back on (the) track, literally. She made getting up early to run so much easier because she made the running itself fun. We were a pretty varied group in terms of experience, goals and abilities, but with Erica’s lead, we became a supportive network for each other. Our “Original Run Club” as we called ourselves, traveled together to multiple half and full marathons and several of us are still friends years later. I want everyone to know what an amazing fitness expert, motivator and catalyst of positive life change, Erica Merrill truly is. She convinced me to join a new run club she was building. I was reluctant, because I had never in my life been into running. But, she was persistent and was so full of positive energy and influence, I agreed to participate. It was very hard work, but something about Erica makes you just want to succeed. At first, I couldn’t jog 100 feet without being out of breath. But, by following her training program, I ended up losing 25lbs and was running half marathons with the run club for next 2 years. I spent several years working out with Erica and her Run Club. Not only did we run, we also participated in her outdoor boot camp classes. I can honestly say that during that time period, I learned more about myself and physical abilities than I have with any other fitness professional. Erica was able to truly bring the best out in anyone she worked with. With her support and direction, I was able to improve my level of fitness and run my first half marathon (13.1 miles). Honestly, I joined the club to have a group to run with, but I got so much more. If fact, it was worth it to me to drive an hour each way to participate, talk about commitment.
I can comfortably recommend Erica and her company, live thrive grow, to help anyone who wants to improve their fitness game. She not only has the skill set but also has the passion to help others reach their goals. She offers education, encouragement and an environment of support.

I’ve taken countless group exercise classes from Erica over the years! And I’ve been part of her running club. What kept me coming back for more over the years was Erica’s motivating style, her clear direction/ expectations and (most importantly) the changes I realized in my body because of her instruction!
Yes, Erica has been inspirational during times that I could have “walked away” from my goals, especially on those long long runs! But she’s also been spot on around what I (and the rest of her team/classes) needed to do to meet our goals. I think Erica’s passion for helping others comes through in every workout and every training!
I highly recommend Erica and the products she carefully crafts with the purpose of changing lives for the better.

It was a worthwhile and meaningful experience working with Live Thrive Grow! I reached my target Smart goal after 3 months and thanks to this great program! Additionally, before the program, I didn’t have all the tools or resources I needed to get there, but I now have them to maintain this ideal weight. I met Erica when my friend and I decided we wanted to make a change and joined her outdoor boot camp. I wanted to get in shape, lose weight and have more energy throughout the day. We were new-ish moms and wanted some guidance and motivation to get healthier, for ourselves and our families. Through the boot camp I found just what I needed to begin a new workout routine and have some fun along the way. I was actually showing up 4 days a week at 5:30 am outdoors (in the cold and in the heat). Erica made it fun with music, circuits and obstacle courses.
Boot camp was challenging and productive for me. So, I decided to hire her for personal training, where I continued to get stronger and realized a substantial weight loss! I am excited for you to get to know Erica (and livethrivegrow) through her website and products that promote and share what I’ve learned from her in person. This is an efficient and inexpensive way to focus on your personal health and wellness.

Erica is a great coach! She is personable, approachable, and she programs workouts specific to my goals. She's a great listener, and is extremely encouraging! During the Covid lockdown, it was difficult to have the self-motivation to stay healthy, but she managed to create workouts that were super fun to do at home and around my neighborhood! I'm now hitting my 10k running goal, and am looking forward to completing a half marathon at the end of the year! I am a wife and a mom of 4, with a busy schedule and trying to even keep up the house consistently feels like a workout, but it is not enough to help me feel successful in the area of my health. I connected with Erica. We did a zoom call, which to be honest freaked me out , not being one to make calls often, let alone talk to a complete stranger regarding my "stuck" feeling in my health journey.
Carrying around extra weight from my pregnancy after 3 years is not healthy and not helping me and was affecting my confidence.
Through the encouragement, accountability, generosity and genuine care and wisdom of Erica, I was able to actually change my daily routine in small steps to help get unstuck and make changes.
In 2 weeks, after committing to eating a salad a day, drinking at least 100 oz of water, and exercising 4 times a week. I had weight loss, clothes feel looser, and my confidence that I am able to change through Smart Goals was improved. I am looking forward to my future results.
All because, I clicked the link looking for something different that might help me change what I know needs to change.

I specialize in helping women lose fat, excuses and self-limiting beliefs all while gaining strength, energy and consistency.

Through working with me, women not only look better, they also feel better. Their moods elevate, they better manage stress, they get better/sounder sleep, their concentration improves and they finally realize they are worth it & prioritize their health.

You should choose me if you want results. We will get them, as a team.

I do offer my personal one-on-one services online via zoom, FaceTime or another platform of your choosing. These sessions are very effective, because in addition to saving my clients time driving back & forth to workouts, I also customize my workout programs with (or without) equipment they currently own. This means that if my clients have don't have equipment, I provide efficient workouts, without equipment, that get results.

In addition to one-on-one sessions, I also offer customized workouts on my app for those who want to either supplement our private sessions or for those who would prefer to workout at their own time & pace exclusively.

For my app based clients, I also a weekly zoom check in to discuss workouts, exercises and form. This is where we can also make tweaks based on progress.

I now exclusively offer all of my personal training sessions online or via my app. I do; however, teach a local bootcamp where we wear masks & stay 6 feet apart.

Services

I am a Certified Personal Trainer & offer personal training online via zoom, FaceTime or any other preferred platform.

We can do each session live, I can offer customized workouts for you via my app (details below) or we can do a hybrid of the two.

My offerings are customizable because of my desire for your success. I will accommodate whatever design will keep you on track & successful.

Nutrition is a key component to health & weight loss/maintenance. I provide nutrition guidance, meal planning, recipes and shopping lists for those committed to overhaul their eating habits.

All of my clients have access to my exclusive Facebook group where I host challenges, share tips, motivate and provide recipes. The group environment allows you further accountability & the ability to connected with like-minded people.

I offer weekly zoom check-ins for all of my clients who choose the customized app workouts. These workouts come with videos and/or pictures for each exercise as well as a detailed description regarding proper form.

The app also integrates with MyFitnessPal for easy nutrition tracking. There's also a place for you to save, update and track your fitness metrics, so you can celebrate your progress.

The bottom line is that I am in this for YOUR success. We will create a plan to get you where you want to go, and I will be with you every step of the way.
