What makes a great website?
A great website is pleasing to the eye whilst also being easy to navigate and display enough relevant information for the user. There can be a fine line between overdoing it and not doing enough. The key is to have enough content to rank with Google but not so much the user in inundated. All in all a it should be a seamless user experience.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Goals. I would like to know exactly what your goals are. If I work for you, I will tailor what I need to do to help you achieve them.
I also want to know what brought me to you. You may have goals but what is driving you forward.
What do you love most about your job?
I like to see the face when a client goes from struggling, to hiring people to keep up with the demand for their work. The business owner is always number one, I am a sidekick who helps you achieve YOUR goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had done digital marketing for my own (other) businesses in the past and found it was hard to find good help, who are transparent and kept me in the loop. I decided to train in this field to better serve customers by involving them every step of the way.
Why should our clients choose you?
I will always be open and honest in my opinion. Even if that means I don't think you will get value from my service, I will tell you. I will remain transparent and open during the entire time we work together.
