I get a prompt reply to all my support requests. Requests for work or changes to our system are completed very quickly. They really made it easy. I was dreading having to buy a new phone system, putting it off. Then on the weekend we had a storm roll through and I came in Monday to find out my phone system took a power surge. I filled out their quote request form, had the easy to understand costs quickly figured out and then my new phones were shipped to me. I plugged them into my network and just like that I was back in business. There's some custom setup to do, but their support is based right here in the States, and I expect that will be easy too. What do you love most about your job?
We have been helping clients with their business phone systems for over 30 years. With the technology we use today, the most fun I have is watching a clients face when they find out how easy it will be to reduce their monthly phone bill while at the same time providing the latest technology to support their business and their clients. A few years ago we had a client approach us who had an older phone system that had caught fire. No premise damage but definitely a permanently broken phone system with no chance to repair. The potential client reached out to us for replacement cost and we surprised them by installing a VoIP system within a few hours of the fire as a LOANER! They weren't clients yet but when we got to the part about our prices, it didn't take long for a decision. Within a few days we had everything replaced. I guess you could say what I love most is solving problems.

Perhaps nothing has changed the working environment more than Covid-19. Many of our clients have chosen to adapt to this pandemic by having employees work remotely. Our system is designed to support this quickly and easily. We can have employees working from home with their choice of a premium desk phone, a mobile phone app or a desktop/laptop soft-phone. Our phones are designed specifically to operate ANYWHERE there is an Internet connection.
