Life Coaching
Lindsey is a fantastic business, life, and wellness coach! As a life long entrepreneur with an unpredictable schedule, it's very difficult to manage both a business and family, especially as a father with two small children. However, Lindsey helped me create steady and consistent habits and develop a greater sense of routine through experience and accountability. With better habits, higher productivity, and more time, things have improved substantially both at work and at home. I highly recommend - Thanks Lindsey! More...

5 stars all the way. Lindsey was instrumental in my son’s recovery. Her Life Coach experience was invaluable in guiding him through some very difficult life transitions. We couldn’t be more happy with the care he received. Thank you Lindsey! More...

Couples Counseling
My wife and I worked with Lindsey to help us navigate a difficult time in our relationship. Through individual and couples sessions, we were able to discuss difficult topics and dive deeper into our feelings. The "homework" Lindsey suggested we do was always helpful and meaningful when we would discuss it during our sessions. We always felt safe discussing personal issues with Lindsey and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking help! Our relationship is better today because of our time spent working with Lindsey. My experience with Lindsey Shuford was excellent. I was looking for a guide to help me navigate a rough patch with my feeling down about my ongoing health concerns. Lindsey is a great listener, is empathetic & caring. She also helped me set reasonable self-care goals with actions. She exceeded my expectations & I highly recommend her. More...
What do you love most about your job?
It's my pleasure and love to see my clients improve the quality of their lives. I offer actionable guidance, goal setting, accountability, motivation, support, and resources, so together we can unlock a brighter and more empowered future to move forward in their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
While I was an educator, I was fortunate to serve as a Differentiated Instructional Coach, Curriculum Coach, Data Coach and First-Year Teacher Coach/Mentor. These positions allowed me to work with teachers one-on-one and in small groups. Being able to give support and guidance by working along side of these educators confirmed the love I have of being able to help others see that they can create what they want with some intentional focus and dedication to the process. This love has carried over to the clients I work with today.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a dedicated coach that is here to help you live the life you’ve always wanted to lead.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I currently live in Greenville, South Carolina. Within the next couple of months my family will be moving to Alabama. I am able to work with clients globally thanks to technology. I can provide my services online/remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Serving my clients online/remotely keeps us all safe and takes away the risk of spreading Covid-19 or other contagious illnesses.
Life/Transitional and Wellness Coaching
I'm dedicated to working with clients to feel comfortable and secure while making decisions about change in their lives. I want to serve and support people that want to work on life skills, setting goals, strengthen communication skills, those that might be living with chronic illness/pain, build and strengthen relationships, those who strive for self-improvement, and those that are part of the corporate world through executive coaching.
Since I worked in the education field for 25+ years, I want to work with educators, administrators, superintendents, parents, and others to successfully excel in their positions while finding a balance between their work and personal time. Often educators feel their plates are running over with what's being asked of them outside of their main goal, which is to be in the classroom making the largest academic impact on their students as they can, while guiding and encouraging these students to be empowered to lead and excel in their personal chosen pathway.
