Lindsay was absolutely wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone! Like I’m sure many of you who are reading this have experienced. ..after following Lindsay’s Photography page, my days were always brightened by such bright and beautiful family and newborn pictures woven throughout my Facebook feed. It was an easy decision to reach out to Lindsay once we had a due date for our baby girl! Then, when our little miss decided to show up almost two weeks early, Lindsay was SO accommodating to move around her schedule to get timely newborn photos (just days before her vacation)! We were so thankful for her flexibility! The photo shoot was great. Lindsay is incredibly friendly and knows exactly what she is doing when it comes to lighting and positioning the baby. I highly recommend Lindsay’s photography services! We hired her to do our newborn photo shoot, and she was so gentle, patient, and professional. Aside from the shoot itself, the pictures turned out incredible and we couldn’t be happier! 1) Gentle: each baby wrap and pose was positioned so lovingly as if she was handling her own baby 2) Patient: while our daughter wasn’t at all fussy during the shoot, Lindsay wasn’t in a rush to finish and was patient to make sure she captured the perfect pictures for my wife and me 3) Professional: she brought her own props to our home so we didn’t have to travel anywhere for the shoot, and she also asked if we had any special items we wanted her picture wish. So we got plenty of pictures taken with grandma’s hand-crocheted blanket (photo in review)! We really wish we could use her services for future children but we will be moving in the next year. My family and I met Lindsay while both were vacationing in FL a few weeks ago. She saw me frantically running back and forth from camera to my family using self timer to take family pics on the beach. She literally offered to take some of our pics....I mean what We are beyond grateful they are better then we could imagine and the guys of the family are still talking about how she saved us at least an hour of sweat and tears for these family pics. I can't say enough good things about Lindsay as a photographer! We drove from Des Moines to meet with Lindsay on my niece's recommendation & our family pics are amazing - she even captured a few shots of me that I liked, which is not an easy task. Her use of backgrounds and the nature around us was quite impressive! I remember thinking during the shoot, 'this background is gonna look weird' or 'why is she using that angle?' but she knew what she was doing! All of the shots were amazing! Her camera angles, use of the sunlight & elements around us are second to none! At one point my daughter was literally standing in a ditch...and the end result is so cool! Lindsay took our daughter's senior pictures immediately after our family pics and they are stunning! I mean, let's be real, my daughter is stunning, but Lindsay made her look even MORE stunning, which I didn't think was possible. Lindsay gave her great direction during the photo shoot, but not to a point that it wasn't a relaxing experience. My biggest problem is I have no idea how I'll choose which photos I want to order! This was our first time working with Lindsay. She did a phenomenal job with our son’s newborn photos (and a few family shots too! ) it was so nice to be able to do them at our home.
