Our first session together will be a consultation and assessment. This will allow me us to set realistic expectations and create a timeline in which to achieve your goals.

Time, consistency and a focus on nutrition. There are no quick fixes when it comes to living a healthier lifestyle, and I pride myself in being extremely honest with my clients about their goals.

I love connecting with people and helping them realize their true strength. Nothing lights me up more than to see a client finally master a lift, or really feel confident with the choices they’re making in the kitchen!

I’ve taught at a lot of gyms over the years, mostly group class training, and I really appreciate one on one connection. I’m a very personal individual, and I prefer the intimate setting of Private training.

Yes! I do offer remote nurrition coaching as well as virtuql trining theough zoom.

Services

Aside from in person private training, I also offer nutrition coaching. Personally, I use a macro based flexible dieting approach, and this is what I teach my clients as well. However, depending on your experience or comfort level with tracking, each nutrition coaching plan is tailored to you. If you are brand new to changing your nutrition habits, we take a very individualized approach and focus on behavioral changes, one habit at a time.
