Lindsay Brady Institute for Hypnotherapy

Lindsay helped me quit smoking in September of ‘92. One session and I was a non smoker. No magic or hocus pocus, just intense concentration and total relaxation. I have not touched a cigarette, cigar, or pipe since then, (and have never vaped)I am 57 years old and probably wouldn't still be alive without his help. I celebrate every September 3rd. I should of wrote this review years ago. I went to see Lindsey A. Brady back in Oct 2014 for a severe addiction to cigarettes. (It is now May 2018) I was over a 2 pack a day smoker for over 30 years and tried everything and failed miserably everytime. However, within 40 minutes of my session with Lindsey Brady I have never had even one urge to light up or smoke a cigarette and most amazingly I have never had even one addiction withdrawal symptom that was either physical or mental to smoke another cigarette. I have no idea how that's possible since any medical professional will tell you withdrawal symptoms is the body reaction to stopping cold turkey. I didn't even gain weight or scream at my wife either! I just never really thought about smoking period. This fellow is a God Send and anyone that truly wants to quit smoking or anything else has got to have a session with him. I was a huge skeptic and even after the session I said to myself "How the hell could that possibly of worked " I'm still blown away and extremely thankful.
