A couple weeks ago my friends and I rented a limo for a bachelorette party. The driver was on time, was polite and pleasantly made small talk when appropriate. The party bus was spectacular and set the mood for the whole night. We brought are liquor and mixers we're conveniently provided as well as ice. For a large group of women who all had the stress of the upcoming wedding on our shoulders it was splendid to be able to entrust the driver who took and handled are tipsy directions and banter with a little bit of charm. We all made it home promptly and safe. I would also like to mention that when we called to book the limo whoever answered the phone was very helpful and even let me know the best local places for bachelorette parties. So impressed and so pleased with pricing. I gave this review 5 stars because I could not think of one thing I was displeased with. I reached out to Limo Express to request a donated limousine for the funeral service of a firefighter who was killed in the line of duty. Brian graciously offered to donate not one, but three stretch limousines. We were only able to use one since we wanted to keep all the vehicles black. With his help, we were able to provide a beautiful service for the grieving family and fire department. The limo was in great condition and the driver, Christoff, was professional and punctual. I used Limo Express on two occasions in the last month. On both occasions it was for personal use and mostly to enjoy an evening on the town which included dinner and viewing the holiday lights.

Each time I called I worked with Carol who was very professional and thorough in making the reservation for me. She understood that I may have a few stops along the way throughout both evenings and she insured me that the limo was for me to use however I needed during the four hour rental.

Michael was my driver is the first evening and the second time I rented the limo I immediately asked for him again. Michael was prompt, professional and very easygoing. On both occasions, the other passengers and I really did not have any set agenda and Michael was very cooperative. He took us wherever we wanted to go and then took us out to enjoy the city holiday lights.

I highly recommend this service and if you do call them, please ask for Michael! More...

We booked a stretch limo through Limo Express for my daughter's 16th birthday and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. All of our guests had a wonderful time! The partygoers especially enjoyed the disco lights in the Escalade and the fact that they could control the music. The driver was on time and very courteous with good driving skills. Thanks for a spectacular birthday celebration! I highly recommend Limo Express.

I hred Limo express for my sons wedding it started out really bad they showed up at the wrong place and the wrong time and now we where about 30 minutes to 45 minutes behind schedule all day. Needless to say I was not happy at all but on wedding day you have to make the best of it. I called on Monday after the wedding and talked the receptionist and she said Bryan would be in touch towards the end of the week, when he called and explained how it was there fault and had been in the business 20 years and told his people that a wedding is the most important schedule ever and you cant get back that time well he's right. We had a Great conversation he gave me a full refund also said if I'm in the area to stop by he would like to meet in person and the next time I rent he would ride along to make sure there where no problems if needed. We recently used limo express for our wedding and they were AMAZING!!! They were kind, responsive and very helpful. We hired a large luxury bus to shuttle our guests to and from the wedding venue and this went off without a hitch! Our guests commented on how very nice the bus was and how great the driver was to them. They also upgraded our getaway car as a surprise and we are so very grateful! Loved this limo service! It was one of my friends birthday so we decided to get a party bus for 20 of us. The experience was awesome! !! Our driver Chris was super nice and very patient with all of us since we had multiple stops to go to. The party bus was by far the coolest party bus I've ever been on. The lights were awesome and seats were extremely comfortable. My friend had a wonderful birthday thanks to Brian and Carol at Limo Express. I will for sure be using this company again. Rented a limo for my business trip in Colorado. Was picked up promptly at the airport. Service was superb. The limo was clean and comfortable. I was so impressed that when I used their service again when I took some colleagues to play a round of golf. Once again service was impeccable. Driver was dressed well and handled our group with care. Different limo but same quality. The car was still cool by the time we finished with our game.
