Lillian is phenomenal! My husbands' 40th birthday was coming up and I needed all the help I could get to plan, organize and manage the event on the day of the party. Lillian did all of that and more. She came up with great ideas / implemented them, had back-up plans, ensured everything on the day ran smoothly and maintained a calm and easy going demeanor. Lillian and her colleague Malinda provided day of coordination for my wedding. Love them! Both ladies are pleasant to work with, prompt, reliable, and anticipate what's needed. I wanted day of coordination because I wanted to simply be the bride on the day of my wedding and they allowed me to do that. Lily worked with me ahead of time to write a detailed outline that broke everything down, and created a detailed schedule, while Malinda on site during the wedding kept things on that schedule, which was amazing cause I had a huge bridal party. Malinda communicated options well with us, when we had time or were running behind for example, and she also provided assistance and information to my other vendors. The story of how we met was interesting. I hired Lillian for our "Day Of" Planner due to our venue's requirement and a recommendation from our caterers via Instagram! Crazy, right? But, we connected immediately. I'm honored to say that it was a great decision on our parts and I believe I have truly made a friend with Lillian. Her responsiveness was exceptional, she answered all my questions even before she officially began her services with us (about 1 month out), and she made sure that the day was tied together nicely and efficiently. I can’t even begin to say how amazing and wonderful Lillian is! From the very beginning she made me feel at ease with everything! She checked in with me, reminded me of stuff I needed to do, even mentioned things/ideas I hadn’t even thought of!! Every step up until the day of my wedding she made complete! The day of was absolutely amazing and it’s all thanks to her making sure things were in place, exactly how I wanted them, and she didn’t skip a beat! Lillian is an amazing wedding planner. She has such a calming presence and is so well at designing and thinking outside the box.
