STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They are desperate and will instantly try and sell you anything. Lie to you for all it takes. Steal your money once they have the chance it really sucks to write this review because I really trusted my agent and my loan officer. I didn’t know that they play together and lie to me multiple times to remove my contingency told me multiple times that we are approved but the day of escrow closing they said we have to come up with an additional 5% down. Which wasn’t doable for us so now we’re gonna Lose a 34,000 down we you put because our Aram and Emilia literally bullied us to remove contingency. More...
