Lightscapes offers a great variety of classes for the budding to the experienced photographer. The staff is very available for questions, equipment recommendations, and "tutoring". They even have an app to help with quick settings in various shooting conditions! Also, their photography is just beautiful. I've had the pleasure of being photographed by Mary twice now and I couldn't be happier with both of my experiences. Mary's calm and easy going nature put me at ease with being photographed, which is something I usually don't enjoy. Like many women, I don't find myself to be very photogenic yet Mary captured images of me that even I found stunning. What's more, through her editing skills, she was able to remove a slight wardrobe issue to the point of flawlessness. The photographer my husband and I chose for our wedding turned out to be less than professional and we wound up with almost no images from that special day. After hearing my story, Mary found a beautiful setting to take a series of bridal shots for me. She and her assistant did an amazing job and were able to capture what was missed seven years ago. Yesterday, one of my daughter's little boy friends happened upon one of the pictures from this shoot and exclaimed, "Oh! Ms. Callie! You are a princess there!"
