What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
The secret to taking a great photograph is awesome light!
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
For a couples session or engagement session, I would ask things like how did you guys meet?, how long have you known each other?, who’s the serious one and who’s the more silly one?, do you want more posed pictures, or do you want more candid/storytelling pictures? I guess it would depend on what kind of session it was.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing everyone’s true personality and story come to life as I photograph them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My daughter! When I attempted to start taking monthly growth pictures of her, I realized just how much I loved children photography because there was no need to pose them or instruct them. She just automatically started doing her own thing, and those of course are THE best pictures.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose me because as much as I love a great posed picture, I love the in between moments even more. The ones that aren’t planned and really low for everyone to be themselves . Because those real moments are the ones I want to capture so that YOU , the client, can have truly beautif moments to leave behind for the next generation.
